“Subway is big business. I have, elsewhere on Google Maps, explained why that is often a bad thing. But I had a good sandwich there and have mellowed somewhat. Sleep on it, I say.So first, to all of you Subway lovers, let me apologize. I have no business judging them. Let those who want a fresh sandwich be the judge. One of the great things about capitalism is that those who try the hardest do the best.Subway has achieved its status in the business world because it's a really good meal.A funny thing happens with the passage of time. The faster that people eat them, the fresher they become. Your purchases somehow increase their value. In some parts of this country, even in fresh food deserts, Subway delivers a fresh and wholesome sandwich.They make it right in front of you. Wheelchair accessibility: Former President Reagan, who passed the Americans with Disabilities Act, would find Subway sandwiches to be a good citizen. They've taken pains, at all facilities, to make all Americans feel welcome and comfortable. Handicapped restrooms, wheelchair ramps, and disabled persons parking - very nicely done - and just as President Reagan envisioned.“

“I remember when this location was my local frozen yogurt shop, then it was my local mailbox place, then it stood vacant for months and months... my wife and I were praying for a Subway to pop up here magically... and POOF! The darn thing showed up a year or so ago.... we have been eating hear twice a week minimum since it opened. The staff knows us by name, my son, my dad, we all love this place. Everything about the sandwiches here is absolutely perfect - from the perfectly crunchy dutch bread, to the generous toppings and ingredients in each sandwich that is both filling and yet also not overpowering in any way.

It's an unassuming exterior for the most part - but within, the seating is ample for anyone wishing to dine-in.

I've also experienced nothing but the BEST service and friendliness on all of my visits to this establishment.

They have both hot & cold sandos, although my personal favorite remains their main staple - 'The Melrose'!
Delectably delicious with plenty of creaminess, flavor, and texture. Nothing overpowers other ingredients.

The bread, sosis bandari, and seasonings were probably some of the best combinations I've ever had, and it might genuinely be the best sandwich I've had in LA. Very challenging. Pick up vistors parking on the BUS ONLY lane...not too good situation. Drivers waiting on streets blocking traffic to find a spot.

“I’m a pretty picky eater. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and Spiced Curried Couscous. Both were extremely good. I didn’t even have to have anything removed or substituted! Spice level wasn’t too spicy perfect level! Not over powering. Price was very good for the amount of food you get! I got two things and a drink; didn’t even break 17 bucks. The blue cow print theme is adorable. There’s even a little cow you can pose with. I wish you would bring one to Reno now! I’m going to dream about the couscous for years to come.“

“I stopped by Mike’s Deli in DTLA on my way to Union Station, and I’m glad I did! While the store itself isn’t flashy at all, they do produce some extremely good sandwiches.

The girl working at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a Mike’s Deli #1, which is essentially a spicy version of a turkey avocado sandwich. The sandwich was super fresh and bursting with flavor.

Really, every aspect of this sandwich was memorable, and the meat-to-vegetable-to-bread ratio was on point. The bread was very fluffy and nice, too.

It’s an d-school, simple deli that doesn’t stand out cosmetically, but it’s clean, welcoming, and they pump out some top-tier deli sandwiches at reasonable prices.“

“Off-the-charts delicious. And that’s coming from someone who’s eaten pizza all over the world — including unforgettable Neapolitan pizza in Naples.

I ordered a slice of the “Green” pizza and the Caesar salad, which is hands down the best Caesar I’ve ever had. The pizza crust is incredibly flavorful with the perfect consistency, and the edge of the crust had just the right thickness with beautiful airy pockets. Absolute perfection.

The Caesar deserves its own shoutout: homemade croutons that were so good they could be a menu item on their own.

“3/10/2026 update: omg i finally got the shirts today!!🥳 it only took a month and a half to get resolved, unfortunately did not make it in time for my friend’s bday party but they’re here and I know she’ll love it!

I remember when the merchandise first came out they were having issues with shipment and delivery times so I decided to hold off and wait.

I recently purchased two t-shirts, and was looking forward to the shirts when I received a noticed that that UPS was unable to deliver the package because I needed to pay the tariffs. Now, given everything that is going on I don’t fault SAH, I just wished there was some transparency about where the product is coming from. So then I go ahead and pay the $50 tariffs and I get a message that I’ll get a new delivery date. I’m like no big deal, I love the shirts, I want to support SAH. When I go and check the new delivery date it seems the items are being sent back to sender in Canada!

So I’m like, wth did I pay tariffs for if I was never going to get my package. I contact UPS and they inform me there’s nothing they can do and the only thing that can be done is to contact the sender, unfortunately they’re not easy to get ahold of and the emails keep bouncing back, there’s no phone number to contact and I keep waiting on someone to respond to the inquiry I submitted and nothing. All I want are the shirts *crying*! I know it’s a small business but whomever is in charge of shipment and orders needs to step it up and there should also be some transparency that the items are coming from Canada so in addition to shipment fees the customer also has to pay the tariffs 😑.

Anyways I’m hoping someone sees this message and is able to help with my order before it leaves the US and then I’ll have to pay the dang tariffs again which is ridiculous.
