The staff were incredibly friendly, they gave us such a warm welcome to California… but beyond that the food was AMAZING. We are currently sitting at the airport going over our trip and all 3 of us agreed the very best food we had on this trip were our 3 subs from Defrankos. ❤️

“I've lived in the. neighborhood and always knew Baked It Myself was here but because of work and just being plain forgetful, i never had the chance to try it until a few weeks ago. I've been there once a week since and i'll continue to be a regular. Some of the best food in the area for a great price. I've stuck to their sandwiches so far: hanger steak panini, brie prosciutto and pear and the fried chicken and fries special. all three HIT. and the delicious free cookie with them is icing on the cake.

it's a side street on van nuys, no frills cozy inside with outdoor seating that's actually on one of the nicer feeling streets in this area.

“A nice, family owned Thai restaurant with good prices and massive portions. This is a great place to go if you’re waiting for your appointment at SDI across the street. I had the pad thai without egg to make it vegan and they happily accommodated. Will come back again.“

“Every time we call for take out; they never have our food ready and they always tell us that we didn’t call to place an order. The lady that took our call never put in our order on their computer. “Came in on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Leo. Leo was super welcoming, friendly and gave us recommendations on what we should try for the first time. We got lemon pepper and hot agave. First off, the wings are a great size compared to other spots in the area. The seasoning is absolutely on point and the flavors are immaculate!! From the service to the food this is definitely our new wing place. I'm excited to come back and see what the other flavors taste like. Thanks again Leo for your hospitality!

“This spot is the one! I’ve lived in the area for ever and just discovered this hidden gem! You have to pull up with an appetite and come ready to eat some solid food. Glad i found this spot on Google Maps.I got the Bisteq Ranchero & some tacos. It was absolute fire, wasnt able to finish it because the proportion was very decent. Customer service was great and Ive also put some pics below! ?“

“I'm never disappointed when I order Al pastor here. the burritos are loaded! and still reasonably priced. I love that they let me add toppings before they close the burrito and offer grilled cheese and onions. The line for the salsa station always feels chaotic because it mixes with the ordering line and you can never tell if the handles and the buckets are sanitary. But that's part of the street taco experience! I'll risk a little for that green salsa“

“Hands down the best chicken I've ever had. You can smell the chicken as you drive by on Woodman. I recommend placing a phone order, but be patient with pick-up time. This place gets busy, and their estimate pick up time may differ. It's worth the wait IMO. Again, be patient.“

“The rare steak and brisket pho was delicious, and the portions were generous. Parents had the vegan pho and the jjam pho, and they really liked their choices. The egg rolls and the vegetable fried rice were quite good as well. Very friendly service. I'll be coming back here for sure.“
