“Theresa was amazing!! She gave the best customer service I have every experienced at a fast food restaurant. She was very friendly and attentive. I asked for tomatoes on my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I received my sandwich, I noticed there was no tomatoes on it. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I ate it as is, no sweat! In the middle of eating the sandwich, Theresa said “there was something wrong with your sandwich huh?” And I said “haha yeah but no worries, I’m enjoying it!” Theresa went above and beyond and brought out complimentary fries and apologized! I have no idea how she knew there was a mistake, but I was blown away by how sweet and attentive she was. Thank you again Theresa! I will definitely be coming here again!“

“I tried the extra hot spicy level once, that was REALLY spicy! Basically after each bite, I had to take a break for 5 min to cool my mouth down so I can continue eating, the pain level is 10 out of 10. Definitely will roll back to hot level.“

“This place is delicious. The price for a breakfast burrito is relatively cheap. The salsa is also delicious. The staff is fun if you speak Spanish (which I do). I put 4 stars because of price, food taste, and the experience I had there. Even the restroom was clean. I would go back and eat there again hands down.

The only downside is the flies that fly around. They don't land on your food but they do just like to land on the table.“

“The people here a good kind and hard working people, no matter how I dress and what time of day or night. The food is great. A friend and I ate here like 2-3 times a week for a month when we first discovered it. I usually get a burrito but opt for tacos when I'm omw to a party.“

“Ok so came here for the first time and had the famous pastrami dip and the chili cheese fries, at first I thought the Chili Cheese fries were a bit to expensive at $10usd but holy cow! The portion is huge, that’s enough for four or five people to side with their sandwiches and although as you can see in the photo they have a tremendous look they were a bit too bland, you can see how they’re bringing the fries fresh out of the frier in front of you but I’m not sure if they add salt to them cause they sure didn’t taste salty at all and the chili was more like a homemade canned chili, the sandwich was ok, good portion, nice taste of the Au Jus but I wish the bread was toasted or at least steamed since I didn’t finished it because I was full I took half of the sandwich home and a few hours later I put it on the microwave for 30 seconds and surprise! It was much better! Haha anyways, this is a good spot for classic old school LA Pastrami food but I don’t think it would be my first choice for eating out“

The burgers are smashed. Cheese is perfectly melted.

The lettuce was fresh and crisp. Tomato with a good firmness, not soggy.

Went back and tried the chicken sandwich. Even better than the burger. The chicken is breaded but not overly breaded. Sauce and slaw to not make the sandwich cold.

Really great. Service was fast and precise. Ambiance great!

“I love this cafe. The chicken salad is so good! My friend always loves the grilled short ribs. This is also our go to spot for fluffy pancakes. The matcha one is perf! The cream is very matcha-y. The place has increased in price since I first came here and the menu has changed and what I used to get is no longer on the menu. LION KING ROLL is my goto. It’s delicious. However….. Today as I approached the counter to get my food, a homeless girl walks in barges right next to me as my order is being processed and given to me, and asks “y’all got any miso soup?!?” Stinky and obviously covered in filth, no bath for probably years and a dirty soiled blanket wrapped around her, I was instantaneously disgusted. Miso soup was given to her and I don’t know what else because I got outta there before she could even ask me for money or whatever! You feed a pigeon and what happens??? A dozen or more come. This is a simile; a point I’m trying to make. Homeless are the root of the problems here in Koreatown. You feeding them is the hand the feeds the problem.“

The interior is aesthetically pleasing with a black and yellow color scheme throughout the establishment, coordinated seating areas for dining in, and simple yet impactful decor with the background story of Mr. Fries Man framed along the walls. I had the shrimp and steak fries and they were fresh and hot, the steak cut into perfect bite size bits, the shrimp cooked perfectly, and the sauce a delicate balance between sweet and savory to tie it altogether *chefs kiss*. “I absolutely love Toni Khachapuri! I’ve eaten here many times — it’s always delicious, fast, and super affordable. The khachapuri are just incredible, truly comfort food at its best. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a filling meal. My only small suggestion: please consider replacing the adjika — it slightly takes away from the overall experience. “The food is standard burger/ Mexican fare. The price for each item in 2025 is under $10 with certain exceptions in regards to meals and dinner plates. There is a small parking lot that is associated with Ernie's burgers and is free. The food is good for the price but if you expect good food I would recommend other locations.

I had the patty melt, tuna melt and chili fries with cheese:

The Patty Melt ($8 approx.) is decent but has the issue of using a bad cheese for patty melts and poor order. The cheese adhered to the bread as opposed to the patties which leads to hard bread and less flavorful patties. The choice of cheese was American cheese which doesn't work well for Patty Melts, had they chosen a Cheddar or Swiss cheese the overall melt would have been better. Aside from those issues the bread was toasted nicely and there was a small amount of onions (partly caramelized)

The Tuna Melt($7-8) was good for it's price, similar to the patty melt the bread was toasted nicely, the cheese was American Cheese and would have been better if they had chosen another type of cheese. The Tuna mix was a bit of a mess but decent. The pros were that it was light on mayo, resulting in a dryer tuna mix for those who prefer such things. The cons were the inconsistencies in flavor namely the random bites of acidity. If the acidity was more uniform and spread out so each bite had a nice little acidic bite it would be fine. However, as it was, there were random dry but good parts not overpowered by the cheese and random spots where all you could taste was what I assumed was vinegar.

Lastly the chili fries with cheese, this was a decent option but nothing standout, if you want chili cheese fries i'd advise you to seek other restaurants. The issues I had were the fries were crispy to and extent but served with chili that lack impact. As a sloppy mess to finish after your meal after the fries have soaked in chili it's fine. However, when eaten as it was served the fries were a bit too crispy and didn't absorb any of the chili's flavor even if it didn't have much to begin with.

All in all, if you want a quick cheap bite to eat, Ernie's burgers works great for a quick and cheap bite, but if you want flavor seek other establishments. Whilst Ernie's is not bad it certainly doesn't hold up to the other nearby establishments in terms of flavor.“

Strawberry Milkshake: Very creamy and not overly sweet! Just the way I like it~ Wings: The staff highly recommended me to try their wings. Sweet & Spicy flavor!
