“Wow. I just put my fork in to pull some chicken meat off and it was so tender the bone popped right out (even though it wasn’t my intent) and came off 100% clean. Unreal.. reminds me of the food back home. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu including the fried eggplant vegan sandwich. We got the lemon chicken, falafel, and fried cauliflower, which is more like a cauliflower steak than florets. Delicious but just an fyi.“

“Great food, everything we tried were very tasty. You order your food from kiosk, and unfortunately no alcohol served, also it’s in the sketchy part of downtown but that makes the parking easier,
since street in front of the restaurant was empty. However, food taste made up for those.“

“I had this placed saved on Instagram and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! We got the chicken kebab plate with extra pita bread. It was so delicious 😋 EVERY bite produced a happy dance. Customer service was great. The girl at the counter was very patient with us. There’s outside seating where we chose to sit and free parking on the side streets. I would’ve given them five stars but the fries were lukewarm. They were seasoned and crispy but warm. I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow.“

“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!“

“This place has become a kind of regular thing for me and a couple of friends. We come for the food, we end up playing backgammon for hours. They're open late, the tea is good even if you only get one refill, and the koobideh here is as good as anywhere on the Westwood strip. The hookah situation is fine, nothing exceptional but it does the job. The real draw is the laid-back Persian lounge atmosphere. Feels like a neighborhood spot for people who actually live around here, not a tourist-facing version of Persian culture. I always leave full and relaxed.“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. You will not be disappointed, I promise you. (Unless your attitude stinks or you're not willing to try new food ‍) Pasha again, thank you so much for the hospitality. “We are blessed to have this King Mediterráneo in Torrance. The food is delicious and very generous on the portion served. When I go there, I always try to say hello to Ara or Norah. It is such a pleasure to see and talk to them, they make me feel that we are long time friends. For sure I recommend this place and give them a FIVE STAR rating. Not only was the food absolutely delicious! But the owner welcomed us with open arms. Everything fresh, and made with love.

“I came here to celebrate an anniversary with my wife, and what an amazing dining experience. When you first enter, the decor and layout is very inviting. Once we were seated, our server had great energy. The cocktail drinks are very unique, and the tasting menu is absolutely delicious and an incredible best value. All dishes are small plates, so a 5 course dinner was perfect to share. Pro tip, get two different tasting menus so you have more items to share. The dishes are substantial enough that by dish 3 we were pretty stuffed, but every course was superior! Our server and general manager were incredibly attentive and made for a very memorable dinning experience. Thank you!“

One negative to note were the drinks: my latte was not satisfying - too small (~12oz.), not enough milk (too much foam for a latte) and per my request for extra steamed milk they offered two Coffeemate creamer pods - all while it set me back $10.40+tax; a 0.5 litter (16.9oz.) bottle of Pellegrino was $4.16+tax.“
