“This restaurant just became my favourite Japanese restaurant in the area. We ordered two lunch combo with Katsu, Beef Teriyaki and Deep fried gyoza. First came complimentary miso soup once we sat down. Very thoughtful. Lunch combo start at $14.50 and $1 to $4 extra depending on what you order. Food was served in an efficient manner. They even gave us 6 dumplings on the house. Katsu was good. Not too much coating. Teriyaki wasn’t too sweet. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a very good experience.“

“OMG. I’m a sushi lover and this is my new favorite lunch spot. Happened to be in the area for lunch, which just happens to be their happy hour! We ordered one of everything on the happy hour menu and were BLOWN AWAY. Soooo good, we ordered 2nds of most of the items. Floored how good the oyster mushroom tempura on their HH menu is. Like. Chef’s kiss! All of the fish items in HH were top shelf. So good, we ended up ordering multiples. Staff was so helpful and happy. Can’t wait to come back.“

“Excellent place for good sushi. We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and the place was packed. Despite that we only had to wait about 5 min (they said 10-15). The restaurant is clean and we'll appointed. Staff were all friendly with excellent service. The food was delicious. We will happily return.“

Does NOT seat many people, so we sat at the bar. Which is not large. Be prepared to wait during regular meal hour.

“This is my favorite sushi spot in Walnut Creek. The fish quality is good and I really like the rolls, specifically the golden bear, jalapeño jumper, and dynamite. The baked mussels are one of my favorite items here. The prices are fair and the food is offered for delivery on DoorDash which is very convenient for take out. The Spicy Holly Roll stood out with its bold, smoky flavors and scrumptious layers—an absolute must-try. The Godzilla Roll was a petite masterpiece, with a beautifully crafted tempura shell that was perfectly crisp and evenly dispersed.

The Cherry Blossom Roll was another highlight, boasting a clean, fresh flavor and a stunning presentation that was almost too pretty to eat. “My favorite Sushi spot in Walnut Creek!!! It’s amazing here. I get the premium omakase and hand rolls every time. (Usually spicy tuna or salmon). The fish is super fresh and my favorite nigiri is the otoro of course.

They have some rolls there that are pretty good as well. The pacific roll is one of the ones we always get. But you can’t go wrong with all the others. Just pick the one with fish you like and it will taste so good.

Also the staff is so friendly and attentive. It’s worth it every time we go :)“

I was absolutely blown away by Stereo41, the perfectly curated menu of middle eastern and Japanese fusion, the delicious mocktails (the sour candy is to die for) the impeccable decor and just the overall vibes here were all beyond my expectations. The Himachi tostados and the tempura sweet potatoes were the stars of the show for me, I accidentally loaded up on the appetizers and couldn’t indulge in the main entree 😂 the trio dip and homemade bread were so good, I felt like I could bathe in the Muhammara and die happy 🫣 I can’t wait to come back and try more of the dishes, big kudos to the curators of this place, they nailed it, I can’t believe I’m in Walnut Creek and not NYC 💁🏽‍♀️“
