Juicy, packed with flavor, and exactly what you'd want when you're craving a great burger. My son devoured his, and my partner couldn’t stop raving about the beef bulgogi plate (yes, bulgogi at a burger joint—trust me, it's a win). The staff? Super friendly and on top of everything. “If you're looking for good, authentic, Desi food in Walnut Creek, look no further than Methi! We tried their Chicken Tikka Masala (extra spicy), Veg Samosas, Onion Bhaji, and their Mango Pickle, along with Garlic Naan. Everything was spot on!

If you're vegetarian, they also have plenty of vegetarian options so definitely give it a try. I'm not sure if I spoke to the owner over the phone but the gentleman who picked up was super helpful and friendly!

“Came here for Easter with my family (Party of 7) and it was a GREAT experience. They gave us the perfect table tucked in the corner on the right side making it seem like it was a private room. Every time we asked for a certain type of meat, they called that specific individual over. 5 stars all around. Absolutely perfect lunch.“

“Tatsu Sushi is hands down my favorite sushi spot in the Bay Area. My brother and I have been coming here for a while now, and it never disappoints. The quality is always top-notch—fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and well-balanced flavors in every bite. It’s the kind of place where you can taste the care that goes into each roll.

On top of that, the prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality. But what really makes Tatsu stand out are the little extras. The free gyoza and miso soup? “I liked the food, the staff and service were great, atmosphere was good. They give you cold water about as soon as you enter today (100F day in October) so that was a nice touch.

The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. Portions are on the small size but prices reflect that and I enjoy getting to order more items and try more things without investing $20 on one plate. So that was nice as well.“

“It was our first time here, and we loved everything we tried. We were seated right away later on a Friday night (8pm) and ordered roti and chicken satay for apps, and Tom Yum noodle soup, Beef noodle soup, yellow curry and a pad thai...and they were all good! I asked for medium spicey for the tom yum noodle soup and regretted it a bit so probably will order mild next time. The beef noodle soup had very tender beef, and the pad thai had great flavor.

Also ordered the mango sticky rice for dessert, and we all enjoyed it.

“What a great deli and store. I stopped in here randomly on a rainy day with a coworker. We each had a delicious bowl of soup and a piroshki and that was more than enough food for lunch. The borscht was very good. The people working at the store were very friendly and attentive. There are two small tables to sit and eat at. We didn't browse the market very much but I saw lots of interesting cookies, honey, meats, and other unique items. I'd highly recommend this place for lunch or some to go treats.“

I’ve tried a few dishes, like the carnitas and eggs, but my favorite by far is the smoked brisket and hash, which has become my go-to order. The only area for improvement would be the coffee. Better quality coffee and fresh creamer would really elevate the breakfast experience. Overall, it’s a nice place to dine in for breakfast or brunch.“

“Delicious dumplings in downtown WC- we are so lucky to have you! Showed up for dinner on a Saturday night. I worried with the line of people waiting but we were seated about 5 mins after putting our names on the list. We were a party of 2. So many dumplings to choose from. We got the ginger & scallion noodles, pan fried pork buns, pork won tons. All were delicious and perfect amount of food for 2 people. The service was incredibly quick and staff were friendly.
