I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

“I came by on a hot day, and I was thirsty. The nice reviews from Yelp caught my eyes. I love the minimalist decoration in this coffee place. They are pet friendly as I saw pet owners bring their dogs in. I asked the barista for recommendation. The barista was very patient and knowledgeable about their coffee. She recommended the big island latte and collagen crush. The big island latter has macadamia nuts flavor to it. It reminds me about Hawaii. The name is the perfect match of this coffee. The collagen crush is a health choice. They also offered a big package for purchase that we can brew it ourselves at home.

Came by again in 2 weeks, and the coffee came o it as good as the first time! Great quality control! Will continue to stop by if I am in the area.“

Some items are not listed on the menu, so you can ask for the Chef's Daily Special. I always look for clean and relaxing cafes where my family can eat, or I can simply sit and enjoy a book. My experience at Sweet Savory Cafe surpassed my experiences at other cafes in Pasadena, Claremont, and Upland. I arrived early and enjoyed warm cookies and bread, which were absolutely delicious. I ordered various items including coffee, soup, breakfast, and bakery items. Despite not being a coffee drinker, I found the coffee to be delicious and memorable. I also tried their Healthy Breakfast Burrito with added bacon, which was customizable and very filling. The Lentil soup had an amazing aroma and taste. I can't believe I didn't know about this cafe before, especially since I work in the city! For those new to the cafe, you can order through Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, and DoorDash. I appreciate the cleanliness of the cafe and the fact that it's open early on for breakfast including Saturday and Sunday. I was even able to order all these items on a Saturday at 7AM. “I had a great first experience here. I thought the portions are quite good for the price that you pay. First thing to mention is that this place is not that big. If you have 4 people then it should be easy to fit. The staff were nice and it seems like it is family owned.

The fish filet sandwich was really good! Just go for it! I enjoyed their curry as well, we got the pork katsu, I just wish that they had some of those red radish or green cucumber pickles, that would go quite well with the curry!

I was able to order online and pick it up fairly quickly because the restaurant is right outside near the parking garage. The ambiance is very relaxing, I love their outdoor seating area that doesn't feel like you're in the mall but I also like that you can just go straight to the mall if you wanted to. “We love Rail Side and have been going there for years. The Arecely’s PB Mocha (I like mine blended) is my favorite along with the wake-up #1 on GF bread. Everyone is so friendly (including the owners who are also rooted in the community) and they have live music on the weekend. Great spot that has so much small town charm.“

Latte wasn't too bitter nor too sweet and a perfect recommendation.

If you're looking for something savory, flaky, with just the right amount of buttery deliciousness the salt bread is for you.
