“Been stopping by Tommy & Atticus since they opened in July. The country, round sour dough is our family favorite. We've tried morning sun citrus pastry (my fav), jalapeno/cheddar sour dough bread, lunch pizza & sandwiches. Great place, great customer service.“

“This is truly a gem of a hole in the wall!! Almost literally, and I say that with respect and appreciation. This cute little eatery is easy to miss, being tucked in a very small strip mall (if it even qualifies as that!) between a small pharmacy and a laundromat, just south of the Arco on the corner of PCH and Pacific. But once you have eaten here, boy oh boy is it hard to forget!I come here about once every other week when I'm on a regular work schedule. Became hooked immediately with their unique bahn mi sandwiches and their pate chaud. Now I'm completely obsessed with their plant-based shrimp spring rolls and their grilled pork bun bowl. That bowl is the perfect balance of light and filling, flavorful and refreshing. It is one of my lunch go-to options. And the plant-based shrimp rolls are AMAZING. Obviously I'm not vegan, but this is an item that I enjoy so much despite it all.I have yet to try their pho. Maybe one of these days. They do have seating inside, but no restroom. Also, parking lot is small and shared, so I avoid coming during peak lunch hours, usually after 1 to pick up my food, and I've had no issues.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, flavorful too!Parking: Parking lot is pretty small and shared with a pharmacy, laundromat and discount store.“

“Every single drink and dish they make is the absolute best. If you haven’t tried their grain bowl or biscuit sammie, do so immediately. And the cardamom latte is liquid gold. I love everything about WEOP including the staff and owners. Best place ever!!“

“Perfect brunch/breakfast spot. Super cute casual charm with dishes to match. The portions are great and the food was delicious. I particularly loved my baklava latte- definitely a yummy treat on a rainy morning. My eggs Benedict were great and on latkas?? Delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was super quick and efficient. The only downside is the parking and size of the location, on a rainy day everyone was waiting for an inside spot, so you may have to wait a bit for a seat. Thankfully we arrived early enough to not worry about that ! The food was a bit on the pricey side, so definitely be warned that two dishes and two drinks, plus tip was about $60. That brunch price may not be for everyone, so please know that it’s definitely a bit more of a price to pay but I wholeheartedly think that it was worth it!“

“4++ great neighborhood coffee shop that has fun, chill vibes, and enthusiastic service. There's fun decor inside and looks like a place where people can hang out or get some reading and/or work done. I only got an Americano or drip from here (with added cream), so I can't really speak to the food items or any of the more complex, possibly more sugary drinks here. It looks like they roast their own beans here as well. I had a lot of coffee at home at the time of my visit, so I didn't buy a bag. I might have to come back and grab one. Parking was easy to find. There's a lot on the side of the building. If the lot is full, I'm pretty sure you could find street parking close by.“

“I arrived on a rainy day and was greeted with the warmest welcome. They made the drinks fast and delicious. The environment was everything and more. Sometimes it gets loud but sometimes it is super quiet like a library where people are focusing. I can thrive in either environment so I enjoy it. Their drinks, their food, and just the staff are so friendly. Now the place itself is such a vibe!! From the cyber car to just the place of comfort to do work is very accommodating. My favorite part is that they provide things to do if you just want to chill from the board games to chess to just sitting comfortably. The only thing is that it does get a bit cold but they have blankets I do suggest one brings a warm jacket, especially during this time of year. When it gets warmer it will be an optimal spot to study, do work, or just enjoy the space. I hope that there are future events soon as well as if there are any part-time positions!! I would apply!!“

“Delicious food with generous portions and super reasonable prices. The people working are super nice and the space is clean and well lit. There’s a few basic tables inside, not a full dine-in spot really. Easy parking in the strip mall too!“

“Cute and friendly cafe inside the SouthBay Galleria. I was looking to try their Nutella Latte, but they had just sold out. Will have to try that on the next visit.I instead went with the Vanilla Rose Latte. It gave me the boost I needed to make it through the rest of the afternoon. The ambience and decor was very inviting, and very much like a neighborhood feel. Reminded me a lot of my neighborhood cafe from when I lived in Leimert Park.“

“I've been here quite a few times now when in the area. I love they offer different sizes for their drinks unlike other coffee shops with just a standard cup. I'd say the drinks are on the sweeter side but can be modified. The service is okay depending on who is there. My favorite was the coconut Vietnamese latte, my daughter had a caramel frappe which was pretty good. Pour over coffee also great just takes longer to brew of course.“
“I've always seen this place packed during lunchtime. I came here to try their sandwiches. They have only seating outside. There is street parking and in the neighborhood. The shop is a grocery store in the inside. They have jeni's ice cream, pasta, deli meat, cheese, refrigerated pasta, salad, and sandwiches. There's also pasta salad you can choose. The staff was super nice and quick in making my sandwiches. I got the Prosciutto di Parma, which has mozzarella cheese and prosciutto. You can definitely taste the freshness in the ingredients. The other sandwich i got is the spicy combo. It definitely was spicy you can tell from one bite of the salami. This is definitely a great sandwich shop.“

“I'm travel for work and pleasure and I'm always looking for a coffee shop with good vibes. In the US, it's rare to find a black woman owned coffee shop that also roast their own beans! These ladies know their beans! You will feel welcome when standing outside, and then when you go in, the love will comfort you like a hug. They have the best Guatemalan roast, I've found in this country from east to west and north to south! If you don't believe me, then try them out.“

“Thankfully, this coffee shop location still accepts cash. The clowns in Marina del Rey do not. They should know better, but instead they choose convenience and sell us out to a potential social credit score system, leveraged by money and judgment placed upon your spending. Judgment from unelected individuals.Honor and show preference for businesses that accept cash. Avoid the ones that do not.Use it or lose it. That applies to sovereignty as well as cash.“

“I ventured out this morning on my day off for coffee that wasn't Starbucks and found this coffee shop through Yelp. What drew me here was the Cajeta Latte. I got it iced and it was delicious. The right amount of sweetness and it was honestly unique to anything else other shops offer. Employees were pleasant and the inside is cozy with lots of different types of seating for business, studying and a good casual first date location. Cute artwork and an inclusive space for all. They offer mobile printing services which was something I have never seen done before! Parking was a breeze on a Thursday morning and I definately will add this coffee shop to my list of rotation.“

“TMJ Café - A Haven for Donut Lovers If there's one thing you must try at TMJ Café, it's their Maple Bacon Donut. This delightful treat is nothing short of phenomenal. The donut itself is pillow-soft, providing the perfect canvas for the rich, sweet and savory toppings. The maple glaze is expertly balanced - not too sweet, just perfectly syrupy, complementing the crispy, savory bacon on top. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that leaves you craving more. The ambiance of TMJ Café adds to the experience, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that they put a lot of love and care into their baked goods. And if the Maple Bacon Donut is anything to go by, the rest of their menu promises to be just as delightful. In summary, TMJ Café is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their Maple Bacon Donut is a standout, and I am eagerly looking forward to indulging in the rest of their delicious offerings. Oh goodness gracious, this is a donut lover's dream come true!“

“I frequent this coffee shop because of the amazing coffee taste and quality. They also have a rewards program to earn free espresso, etc if you come often. “Well, honk my hooter! We now have a family tradition to drop by this place every time we fly into LAX. There are no excuses to skip out on family traditions! “I did not get the full experience of this place. The dining room was closed so orders were placed out front and picked up in the back. That gave me a very limited experience with the staff, but every interaction was fine. Limited menu but the carne asada breakfast burrito I had was excellent.“

“All gluten free desserts! The most popular pastry is the Almond Brioche, it was delicious and different, made with rice flour, served slightly warm and moist inside. We like it that it's not overly sweet. For coffee, we ordered a large mocha, it's on the smaller side, but it's wonderful and also not overly sweet. The service was prompt and friendly. Environment was clean and relaxing. Outdoor seating is a plus, especially for dog-owners.“

“After living in Europe for 5 years I’ve been missing the bakery with in house made things, but I’m so glad I found this cafe because they have the best muffins I’ve ever had. Not dry at all. Everything else in their bakery I’ve been eyeballing because it looks just as good as the muffins, so I can’t wait to order other things too. Their pastries are a good size, too. And I’m also reliant on good coffee, and find myself craving the chocolate mocha I got from there both times. It’s not too sweet or bitter, it’s just perfect with a great texture. Will be returning frequently. It seems like a good spot to work on the laptop in too.“

“The food is great, a vegan take on soul food, but the wait is ridiculous. I've ordered many times hoping the wait improves, and as of current it hasn't. They open at 6pm and for me that is already late to have a meal, but worse I end up getting my order at least 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. after the designated pickup time. I truly hope the best, but I just can't roll with this.“

“Cute little wine bar in downtown Long Beach. We made reservations and a table was set aside for us, which was a plus! We tried several wines that were not very good. We asked for some suggestions, and the waitress recommended some pretty good wine tastings. We did not eat any food, as the menu was very limited. Parking is difficult.... Due to being on the street and metered.“

“My girl and I finally made to eat here, today is our 2nd attempt, 1st time said was open but when we arrived was closed. Today i had the chicken wrap which can be pair with green salad or chips and pistachio smoothie for my girl a croissant sandwich and cucumber lemonade. My wrap is really good as well as the smoothie, I'm impressed, now in my girls case lemonade is good, not sweet which is good, the croissant was good but so poor, inside only a slice of tomato, one slice of cheese, one single slice of ham some jalapeño and some greens all this make the sandwich super thin , in my personal opinion this croissant can be prepare better and bigger with more ingredients ,and of course couple more bucks . Will definitely come back and try their breakfast . And our dessert was oatmeal, . They have a nice variety of coffee, frappes, teas cookies, muffins and more,. Workers are very friendly. Cozy place Decorated with Friends framesParking: Look for street parking, at least in this area there are not parking meters“

“Last night, I went to the Starbucks coffee shop in Carson. I wanted to haveAmericano coffee, and Starbucks makes the best tasting coffee. This Starbucks coffee shop didn't have drive-thru services. And they had outdoor dining tables. When I walked to Starbucks, it was a small place. They kept the place clean and neat. They had few people weresitting on the tables.A young man welcomed me with the greetings. He was nice and friendly.I ordered a couple of coffees, and he asked me if Americano coffee was ok.Yes. I liked their Americano coffee. After that, I got the coffee, but it was a strong and bitter taste coffee. Americano should be mild coffee. It was made with half of the expresso and half of the water.Afterward, I added some milk & andit tasted much better. This Starbucks used to have lots ofcollege students hang out at night.Tonight, this place was empty andquiet.Anyway, I like Starbucks coffee.Starbucks' regular coffee is prettystrong, but other favored coffee arereally good. They also serve breakfastand lunch sandwiches. And they havepastries, scones, muffins & others.“
