“Stopped in and got some of the Dave chicken bites. The medium and the hot boy are the hot ones. You can smell like when it comes to the table how hot it is. The spice is just oozing off of it. I got a side of cheese for the fries and only a couple of the cheese sauce. The chicken is hot and fresh and super spicy with lots of flavor. The pickles are a really good addition the cheese with the fries is super tasty. If you’re not into season on your french fries seasoning, not salt the Dave sauce kinda taste like a Chick-fil-A not a ranch they clean restroom. Lots of parking. Everyone was really nice 10 out of 10. Recommend this location. They also have baby ice and you get to fill up your own drink. They have no drive-through..“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn't get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.

“Came here this past Wednesday with my parents after hearing great things from a friend about Soonheene and Twozone Chicken. Soonheene actually started in Seoul’s famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal.

We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I’ll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner’s daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo.

For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events.

The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free.

Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter’s hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.“

From the direction we were driving we had to make a U turn into the parking lot which is on a bend in the street so there’s cars turning from the other direction. They wasn’t anyone in the drive thru on a Saturday around 11:30 am. It was quick and the staff person at the window was very friendly. The food was pretty good but very greasy but understandable since it’s fried. All the sides were good but the Mac and cheese was a bit burnt. The biscuits were also doughy and to gummy for my liking. We ordered the $20 meal and the 6 chicken pieces were a good size but the sides are small and a one serving portion.“

Every time I come here and get their chicken it is always fresh, flavorful and on point! Their battered and seasoning they use has so much flavor, really they have no competition when it comes to chicken.

Their chicken thighs,legs breasts and wings are a lot bigger than all the others. Portion wise on their sides too they hook it up and yes fresh as well. Price wise too very reasonable compare to the others.

I do both either dine in or take out. The place is always clean inside and out. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is do to their customer service it's a hit or miss here, some are friendly and helpful especially inside, the drive through staff not so.
