“Lucky Sakura is now Flora Bakery & Tea. There are two tables of 4 inside. Staff is sweet and helpful. They offer to mix and match the sets on displayed. The only one that can't be mixed is durian flavor. Their daifukus are essentially edible art and great for gifts. The insides varies from fresh fruit to popping boba. My favorite is honey green tea with QQ crystal boba.
That being said, the stuffed hawthorn tanghulu 豆沙糖葫蘆 is the item that will keeping me going back for more. I tried the red bean stuffed hawthorn. I really liked the edible rice paper and sesame on the outside. Hands down my favorite item.“

“When you walk into this beautiful little ice cream shop its not only very decorative and cute but you are greeting by the amazing staff ❤️ when I ordered my ice cream not only did chelsey roll my ice cream with such love but she added a happy birthday for my friend she is so amazing and friendly I would come back just to see her do her magic every ice cream I tried was so delicious and it's fun Watching them make they also add a personal touch everytime you go if I could rate more stars I would yummy ? we love you chelsey“

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“

“I went in on Tuesday, the new owners were in back of me. I was telling the cashier how disappointed my daughter was, we came in on monday and it was closed. Well the new owners, gave me a couple cookies for free. That was so awesome of them. My daughter was so happy and she said" Thank you so much!"“

“Very yummy cookies! I came to grab the Olivia Rodrigo cookie, and now I want more cookies. I like how service is fast, and you can watch them make the cookies in front of you! They don’t accept cash here, by the way. They only seem to have kiosks.“

“came here and tried their minis. they were a little costly, but a nice occasional treat. i got the semi-sweet chocolate chunk, cookie dough, and blueberry muffin, which all looked like the picture. i think the warm cookies were the best, and the more recently they come out of the oven the better. service was great and friendly, store was clean.“

“I ordered a dozen cake pops pretty last minute and made changes to my order and they were still able to accommodate me. The cake pops were so cute and delicious and I got so many compliments. I'll be ordering from here again. Highly recommend!“

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

“First time trying Sul & Beans today with hubby and daughter. I've had shaved ice plenty of times before, but I'd never had it Korean-style! We are definitely coming back because there are so many flavors to try! Service was super quick, and everything was delicious! Big thumbs up!“
“I happened to be driving by and saw this shop. I decided to try it out and pick up some doughnuts for the guys at the office. Not only were the doughnuts fresh, the service was great! The women were very patient, fast and friendly. I am glad I found this shop. Most doughnut shops are very pushy and make you feel rushed. Excellent customer service. “I got the Samoa (I think) which has coconut, marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers. Took only a few seconds to make because they use a blow torch to toast it. It was delicious. Went back and got the Ube cake. Also very good. They have a few others that I want to try. Around $7 for each treat. Give it a try. They’re good“
