If you haven't been here in a while, it's time to give them another taste. Under the new owners, this place has gone from average to easily the best Thai food in the West Hills and Woodland Hills area.

As someone who has spent a lot of time in Thailand, I am thrilled to have found truly authentic Thai town flavors right here in the neighborhood.

Everything tastes completely homemade, and you can tell they use very fresh ingredients.

The dining vibe is great for dinner, and the new Thai staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. So far, I have loved every single dish I’ve ordered here. Personally, I prefer my food on the spicy side, and they do a fantastic job of customizing the heat levels exactly how you want it.

“Awesome place to experience Thai food. Lots of medu choices, the owner is super nice and made sure we had a private dinning area for our big group. We had a dedicated server and never felt like we were needing to constantly find her. Order was accurate, food was temperature hot as it did not sit there waiting to be picked up. Standard drink choices with the traditional Thai tea. Quiet place, good crowd, and its located in a nice part of town. Parking can be challenging, but we came when other stores were closed anyways.“

“They serve Northern Thai food (Nam Prik Ong and Sai Ua). They also have Larb Northern style. It’s not on the menu, however, you could request it.“

“We just gave this place a try, and were really impressed. Lots of flavor in the dishes, spice level was just right, as we requested, and everything was really perfect. Had yellow and red curry, both delicious. Glass noodles were really full of flavor and on point. Tom Kha was one of the best I've ever had. Even the Pad see ew, which I'm not usually a fan of, was amazing. Absolutely will be back. Prices are good too, fair, and decent portions.“

“Consistently delicious! We order from here regularly and love the S2. BBQ Pork Spareribs 99. Orange Chicken 58. Chow Mein 52. Pad Thai Noodles & 6. Satay. We devour the food before I ever remember to take pictures. The people that run this place are sweet and friendly. Highly recommend. I've never stayed to eat (always take out or delivery) but they have a nice ambiance inside the small, quiet restaurant. Hope you enjoy too.“

“It is very small restaurant, the interior design is not very good, food takes minimum 20 minutes, so call ahead and pick it up would be better. The portion is just a little smaller than expected, but the flavors are same as authentic thai food.“

“Decided to try Green Basil after glowing recommendation from local regulars. So glad we did, because it’s delicious and everyone that works here is wonderful.

There are classic, more commonly known Thai dishes, as well as lesser known dishes on the menu that provide a lovely variety.

I got the crispy pork with prik king & side of white rice, my boyfriend got the green curry fried rice, and we both got Thai iced teas. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back.“

“Our go-to thai place that we drive all the way from OC for. Portions are extremely generous, prices (for 2026) are super affordable ($15 for pad thai or pad see-ew, $5 for a huge thai tea)
If you come more than once the owner will remember you and your favorites. The chef lady in the back always wears gloves, an apron and a hair net. I really recommend their fried rice, garlic meat, and plum wine. The place is seldom busy or loud, so if you want a slow and relaxing dinner with hot hearty food - this is the place.“

“First time eating here. My wife and I loved it. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are very filling. I had the Spicy Chow Mein Combination which had Chicken, Shrimp, Beef and Pork. It could have been a little more spicier for my taste. Overall it was still very delicious. I forgot that our server even brought out a tray of an assortement of chili sauce, chili flakes and jalapenos. Will definitely add more hot sauce next time I come here. My wife had the Chicken Wonton Soup and it came in a very big bowl. Looked good and smelled wonderful. My wife really did enjoy the soup. We also got an order of Egg Rolls which were amazing as well. They come in a set of 5. Fantastic first time experience, fantastic food, fantastic quiet and chill atmosphere to enjoy your food in peace. Will definitely be back here to try more dishes. “I ordered last night, the food was really good! The pad Thai is tasty and not orange and weird like some places in LA. The beef is good and they put a lot. The orange chicken was really good and still crispy. The portions are big which I appreciate, we ate the leftovers today. “I ordered *Chicken Broccoli & Combination Fried Rice*. it was sooo good. The flavor and, heat were perfect😁😉👌The person @ the register greeted me w/a smile😁She offered me water after taking my order, telling me my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I passed on the water and, waited 4 my order in my car. When the order was ready, I tipped the person who took my order and, she invited me 2 return 😁I recommend *Thai Blvd Bistro* 2 anyone who wants fresh cooked food.
