I had the shrimp and steak fries and they were fresh and hot, the steak cut into perfect bite size bits, the shrimp cooked perfectly, and the sauce a delicate balance between sweet and savory to tie it altogether *chefs kiss*. Overall perfect restaurant choice for anyone but especially college students and young professionals who want a satisfyingly delicious, quality meal without breaking the bank.“

“The Palm and the Pine is one of my favorite bars in Los Angeles. From the moment I first walked in I was welcomed with open arms. EVERYONE is so friendly and the vibe is always great. And they have a great happy hour that lasts until 8pm. I love all the bartenders but my favorites are Ben and Jose. They are always SO incredibly attentive, gracious and full of personality. The balance between a classic burger spot and a full Korean kitchen is executed incredibly well. You can tell this isn’t a place trying to force two concepts together. Everything on the menu feels intentional and well thought out. The chicken was perfectly cooked with great texture and flavor, while the Korean dishes carried that authentic homemade quality that’s hard to fake.

The side is what i would describe as a “deep fried side chex mix” it was onion ring, fries and hand cut potato chips. This was a delight and solid market differentiator. The food was fresh, tasted great and plentiful. And I couldn't finish my meal because it was so much food. I highly recommend this place. The service was good also.
