“It was exactly 2 weeks before my daughter’s quinceanera. I had been considering making her cake but after a lot of stress and agonizing over what to do, I decided to stop into Sugar Mama’s just to see what they had to offer. Within about 10 minutes I was placing an order. The shop is very cute and the staff makes you feel instantly at ease. The order process was fairly straightforward. If anything there are almost too many options for flavors and additional toppings but that’s not a complaint. The day of our event came and the cake was beautiful. They took my inspiration photos and made her a gorgeous cake. It was delicious and reasonably priced too. Overall, we had a great experience with this business and will be back.“

“This place is awesome!!! They made my wedding cake and dessert bar 5/26/19. Everyone loved it I got so many compliments on the quality of the cake. The desserts where also a huge hit. As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. My daughter even said she didn't get a chance to have anything but a cake pop because it all went fast. Back to the wedding cake, they did such an amazing job recreating the cake we wanted. It was exactly how we pictured it. And was so fresh and moist. My husband loved it and he is not a cake eater hes super picky. Also the fact they are family operated made gives them that intimate connection to there customers that gets lost in most places. This is our new specialty cake spot for sure. Nothing but great things about this place.“

“Like most Coldstones, this is a small location with no inside seating. The ice cream is good and the staff is efficient. The one downside of this location is parking. The developers crammed almost a dozen restaurants including a Starbucks and a buffet along with a grocery store and did not provide anywhere near enough parking. Your options are circling like a shark waiting for a spot to open or parking in Targets lot and walking over during busy times. That is one of the reasons why I don't usually go to this Coldstone unless I am already eating somewhere else in the center.“

“I had quite a delightful bowl of ice cream from this establishment. I ordered the strawberry blonde but with Sweet Cream ice cream instead of Strawberry. I was by far the first in my group to finish their ice cream and it was only because I could not stop taking bites. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such an amazing experience!“

“My friend and I dropped by for some ice cream at around 8 PM on a Friday. It's a pretty small location, and at that time, it was not crowded at all, and the service was quick. On the wall, it said 6.99 for a small, but it seems like we were charged around 5.99 instead ( which is still expensive, in my opinion, but I suppose that's the state of our economy. It's better than paying 7 bucks at least ^_^ ). There are a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got the cheesecake flavor with graham crackers. It was a good combination. There's outdoor seating available in this area. Overall, it's a good place for a quick, cool treat.“

“Disappointed to say the least the ice cream wasn’t made properly, the employee was least bothered to even ask what I wanted. It felt like so much pressure to just ask for a sample and decide if I wanted that, the loud music made it so hard to hear the person and for the person to actually even listen. Wanted to take it to go but wasn’t even asked if I wanted that and felt forever to ask for a lid. Not to mention the ice cream literally has no toppings except the m&ms paid more than $10 to get nothing but a bad tasting ice cream.
Edit: The manager followed up and was kind enough understanding the situation and offered to make the ice cream and make it right. That was really sweet and I appreciate that since I got the ice cream after a few days from my initial visit and she remembered me, also gave me the sample for churro ice cream!! Made my experience better“

“The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Just like this ice cream, the employee made everything sweeter.“

“I’ve never had any rude interactions with these employees but you also have to understand that they also have a life so coming in with 5 minutes till closing with all your family members trying to figure out what they want puts them in overtime and me as a business man can’t afford to pay out that much O/T because you decided to wait to the very last moment . “Great ice cream! Cold stone never fails on providing great service, however staff here is very very low. Probably just one or two people are serving, so expect longer wait times than usual if there’s a lot of people. Other than that, staff is friendly and do their best to be efficient and quick. I notified that they support local business, if you buy a pizza nearby (business on flyer) you’ll get a discount there at cold stone upon showing receipt.“
