McDonald's in Whittier

“11/07/24. Updated review: I decided to bring myself back to thos location for breakfast only. Their service is very good, and the coffee is great and tasty! Nowadays i just avoid the lunch and dinner times. 11/07/24
This review is for a guy working at around 12:30 noon, on Sat Oct 9th 2024. Couldn't read his name, but his attitude is so negative, he makes faces at clients and just tries to get rid off of them instead of helping, about 5'6" tall, probably latino/whitewash with pimply face.
The ordering kiosks were all down, I had to make line at front desk to place my order, I was helped by a new employee who run asking for help when I made my request (the $6 mcdouble mealdeal), I ordered this before at the front desk before with no problem, at same location. The short guy came running to "help", making faces and hyperventilating, just to tell me "you need to do this on your phone, on you phone, on your phone " I didn't mean to bother you, I tried to do it in the kiosks but they were down, he repeated again "on your phone, on your phone ..."
I took my business somewhere else, I doubt I'll be back to this location. Too bad...
The morning crew is really nice and helpful, cheers to them...“

“A good place to do the work out l, it's just that the bathroom and the shower room is untidy, there are shower room that has a problem with the heater and some of them the water valve is somehow defective. There are curtains that is completely gone to where it should be.“

“This guy with a cut mustache young white male , was so rude to me at the pickup In drive thru so mean!! But today I came and Rudy was awesome he saw I cleaned my cup and handed me napkins quickly so my car doesn’t get dirty without me asking , he was helpful and super nice ! Awesome service I will be back again bcs his positive attitude ! I hope he’s a manger bcs when I called the guy said he’s one of the managers ! And acted poorly he can learn some things from Rudy“

“Manager great… was working hard… he hook it up for my order being late as well…definitely the best service i gotten other places would of made me go through all my apps to show proof that i just order it a minute ago cause the app doesn’t have a receipt with the order number and time… all i did was show him the McDonalds app that i order that burger… and he didn’t say anything… he just went and got the order ready plus extra and that was it… saved me time and a headache…i appreciate it…“

“This our first time at this McDonald's in Whittier my wife and I searching the squishmallow in every Happy Meal. We step at this McDonald's I was very surprised how interior looks very modern look in a high end McDonald's in anywhere in the world. We like it very much new look every McDonald's we been to is different from the others.“
