“For the most part the bread is always fresh. I think it just depends on how fast it sells. Conchas and Bolillo are always fresh. Cochinitos not always, it's my favorite bread and I've gotten a couple of stale ones. Parking here can be difficult to find.“

“A small neighborhood Mexican Panaderia. Very nice people and lovely traditional Pan Dulce. They also have various Breakfast sandwiches, egg with chorizo, potatoes with chorizo well from what I remember. The owner is a loving older lady extremely nice. Makes you feel as if she's your Aguelita.“

The trays where the pan is placed looked filthy. They don't even wipe it down in between customers. I couldn't help question other sanitary practices there. I was a little reluctant to continue with the purchase but I did.The puerquitos were yummy, so yummy that that is the reason for my 4 stars. They were soft and good. So I have to give them that.“

The name escapes me but it was really good! The breakfast sandwiches were sold out, so get there early if you wanna try them. I had the egg in a basket....the bread was so good! “I rushed there after work and so did many others. We were looking for Olivia’s Guts Tour cookie. I picked up a dozen of the weekly assortment including four of Olivias cookies. These cookies are delicious and huge! You order from the self-serv kiosk, it was difficult to only order 12 and in what combination. As you wait for your order to get filled, you see the employees busy working to fill the orders in a clean, orderly bake shop. The aroma was delightful and not too sweet. The decor is minimal with an open layout, so you can wee all the delicious cookies. This location has plenty of parking in the strip mall.“

Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!

We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“Good pan dulce, good burritos, and excellent bolillos and beans. The burritos are good but they only put 2-3 ingredients, for example if you order a carne asada burrito it’s only like carne asada beans and slasa. I can’t remember the exact ingredients, but don’t expect pico de gallo, rice, guacamole, sour cream, etc. Nonetheless, the burritos are tasty. My recommendation is the bolillos and the beans, that’s where this place truly shines. Parking is a bit iffy, it’s located right at the corner of a somewhat busy intersection, so be careful.“

We’ve tried vegan offerings from bakeries all over San Diego, Orange County, and LA, but none have come close to the quality of this bakery.

Although they aren’t an entirely vegan bakery, they offer vegan options such as cookies and cakes — and they are truly the best we’ve ever had. The staff is extremely helpful and genuinely wants to make sure you get exactly what you need, which makes the experience even better. This year marks the third year I’m ordering my daughter’s birthday cake from them, and I plan to continue coming back year after year — and even in between birthdays — for their vegan treats.

Usually, when you buy a vegan item from a bakery, you can immediately tell it’s vegan — the taste or texture tends to be just slightly off.
