Tho the neighborhood some would say maybe a bit on the rough side,,it does Harbor City prouD. It sits on a famous & for some a very historical landmark .. "Normandie & Lomita". A few steps and youre on Pch and Normandie.. . Favorite Doughnuts is in the right smak dab of HC . I would say that hands down this little cottage has definite,character & good vibes all day. I frequent there alot in the early evening & the night guy is always just a breath of fresh air to anyone He is always working hard with a very contagous joy to him ,& a bedside manner that is almost gaurenteed to make anyone smile. It has a lottery ticket machine ,an ATM,&even some old-school classic gum ball machines with all kinds of cool nicknacks that a quarter or two might getcha. They have great sanwhiches,chips of different sorts, a variety of candy for sale, even cigeretts, the best priced with in 10 a 10 mile radious,& hands down delicious coffee -& donuts. “Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“The worker was very nice, and the store was clean. We got the Oreo cheesecake mousse, and the tres leches cake slice. We didn't care for the mousse too much, but that was personal preference (not that it was bad). The tres leches cake was where it was at! We both loved it! It was light and balanced, not sopping with milk like some places do. That being said, I think if you're looking for a traditional tres leches slice you might be disappointed. This was more like a traditional, light, white cake. It was delicious though!“

Both were absolutely delicious and a textural experience.“

reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

So my caveat is all this is amazing for vegan-
Chocolate chip cookies 9/10 would almost not know it was vegan, it was also fresh outta the oven.
Snickerdoodle- 3/10 not my vibe, too crispy
Blueberry Scone- 10/10 she lived it
Janessa cupcake- 7/10 overall a solid strawberry choice
Cookies n Cream Cupcake- 10/10 great cake and frosting
Chocolate Lovers Slice- 15/10 our favorite
Herb Cake- odd but not bad 7/10

The staff was extremely sweet and a girl with black hair and tattooed (I didn’t catch her name) even helped take it to the car! She was very sweet. The cake itself was very delicious. We got 1/2 vanilla & 1/2 chocolate with buttercream filling. Adding in the extra costs of a custom photo picture, custom color of the frosting, the size and etc it came out to be $170. I’m extremely pleased with the cake and staff in this location. It was well worth the money!“
