It’s been officially a year since i ordered the cake and i still dream of it. Amazing communication and punctuality! If i lived in the same town i would order for every family event. “Joseph's Bakery is fantastic, I always try to get in here whenever I'm in the area. They have wonderful baked goods (especially the brownies), pastries, and nostalgic little square pizza slices. The staff are wonderful. The family who runs this place is just great; very kind, very welcoming, and happy to share what they've made with you! “So much to say… but ultimately, Colossus in Long Beach is WONDERFUL!! The BEST BLT I’ve ever had. Because they use high quality ingredients! Their Soft-Scrambled Egg Toast is divine. And everything is beautifully fresh. I love their country bread, baguettes, olive cumin bread, dinner rolls… but I have so much more to try Their pastries are scrumptious: Pecan Sticky Bun, Cardamom Bun, Kouign Amann, Financier, Marzipan Croissant, Sea Salt Brownie, OG Chocolate Chip Cookie. It’s all amazing and I’ve brought a number of friends to show off this incredible Belmont Shore Bakery. On Friday nights Colossus serves pizza into the night. Again, high-quality ingredients make their pizzas delicious. Plus they have interesting and unique combinations. They are tip free because their starting wage is $21/hr. Great customer service. Cute little space with some lovely specialty spice mixes, food items, merch, and wine. Indoor and outdoor seating, and they serve tasty coffees and teas. Colossus feels like a little bit of Europe on 2nd Street.“

“Mochi donuts are amazing here! Fair variety, fast service, the display is high so it's easy to browse without squatting or bending over (a huge plus for me)!
Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!
My family was so excited to try mochi donuts as they'd never had them! These did not disappoint!!!!“

“Marsha was incredible. We were looking for someone who could provide all the dessert for our wedding, bring us something other than a traditional wedding cake experience, and also bring some extra flair to our big day. Marsha did all that and more. Our cake table was decorated so beautifully! She made the most delicious cupcakes of all different flavors for our guests to enjoy. She even made an ADORABLE cake topper for us that everyone raved about. In addition, Marsha made us a gorgeous, delicious, moist 3 layer cake , and she even was able to bring a ROLLED ICE cart too! People could not get over how cool it was to have rolled ice cream at our wedding, especially because Marsha had extra cupcakes to put in with the ice cream. She was so collaborative, easy to work with, and fun. Everything we asked her to do, she accommodate, often gently giving her sage advice along the way. We could not possibly recommend Marsha any higher than we do. She is absolutely incredible and soooo many people raved about their experience with her at our wedding. 10/10 for everything!!“

“Food here is outstanding! We picked our food to go for an impromptu picnic at the park and enjoyed eveything. The carbonara was a knock out, very rich and decadent. All the pastries were yum, but the morning bun was our favorite. And the sandwiches are so well constructed with bread that was obviously baked fresh.

Only thing ill say is the patio is not good for large parties so if you intend to dine in, the seating there it ideal for parties of 2 or 4.“

“Susy did an amazing job on my mom’s birthday cake. She was able to create an exact replica of the
reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

The owner was so incredibly kind and helped us pick out the right things to feed 30+ people, was super responsive via email, and even met us in person when we picked up our order to offer her heartfelt condolences. They went above and beyond to help make this difficult day easier and we were blown away not only by their compassion, but the quality of their baked goods! The memorial guests devoured everything and many of them remarked to us how great the food was :) I can't recommend Cara Mia enough and hope to visit again under happier circumstances. “A normal corner donut shop. I decided to try it out. Overall satisfied. Service was great. I ordered half a dozen donuts and got an extra for free ?? Giving it 5 stars because it is what you'd expect and the prices were decent~ Would come back for the donuts. Didn't mind my sausage, egg, and croissant sandwich. The blended mocha was yummy too. I do want to try one of their smoothies next time. Total cost for 1/2 dozen donuts, two blended mochas, and a #7 was about $21 if I'm not mistaken. So yeah, hella worth the price.“

“This cake is absolutely the best treat your taste buds can experience!!! I have never had cake with alcohol in it and the alcohol not be overbearing or overwhelming aka JUST TOO MUCH!!! The alcohol cakes here are flawless with the flavors and not overwhelming at all! On top of that the customer service is absolutely fabulous and good customer service is so hard to find these days especially after covid but the cake buzz staff really makes you and your business feel valued! “I loved this place and I don’t ever make reviews but after trying this place out I had to make a review. The donuts are unique but the most delicious treat I’ve ever had. The boba and lemonade are also amazing they don’t lack on anything and I loved the food.“

“9 out of 10 times, these are the best churros in the South Bay. They do one thing and do it well. They offer caramel and strawberry dipping sauces and are always friendly.“

The bread is so lite and delicious. They pack it with cream cheese and jalapeños. It was so good that it made me forget about my bad day at work. In our exchange, I saw all the beautiful sweets and goodies she makes and she was so generous as to send me a cake to try! Even though it came from all the across the US, her bundt cake was so soft, and so moist, and the flavor was just so right, that the cake didn't survive the photo I planned to take of it, because by then it had been eaten lol.
