“Went last night for dinner as I had been craving their tacos! We’ve been coming here for many, many years! I love their asada tacos, mmm and you gotta put the salsa they put on them!!! Their carnitas torta has always been one of my favorites! Continue to come to this place for their good food and after last night will continue to come again.“

“Los Tres Cochinitos is the kind of neighborhood Mexican restaurant that instantly feels familiar, offering a comforting blend of authentic flavors and a warm, family-run atmosphere. The moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly made tortillas and slow simmered sauces sets the tone for a traditional meal made with care. Their menu showcases classic dishes molcajetes, enchiladas, pozole, and breakfast plates all prepared in a style that balances home cooked comfort with rich, bold flavors. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff seem genuinely invested in making sure every guest is well taken care of. Portion sizes are generous without feeling excessive, and the seasoning highlights the authenticity of regional Mexican cooking. What stands out most is the consistency; every plate feels like it was made to order and delivered with pride. The restaurant has a relaxed, casual atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a meal with friends or family. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients used. If you enjoy dishes with depth like slow-braised meats or fresh salsas with real personality you’ll find that Los Tres Cochinitos delivers every time. Their breakfast options are also particularly memorable, offering flavorful chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and hearty burritos that showcase a perfect balance of spice and freshness. Whether you’re dining in or taking food to go, the experience feels reliable, welcoming, and rooted in tradition. Overall, it’s a standout choice for anyone wanting authentic Mexican food that feels both nostalgic and satisfying.“

“Celebrated my cousins birthday on Thursday night. It was about 30 or more. They accommodated us and service was great. We were one of the first there and the ladies right away offered drinks and brought chips & salsa. Once everyone was there they took food orders. The food came out in a timely manner. It was nice and hot. I ordered the fish, shrimp and octopus soup, I love it. It wasn't just a hot bowl of water. It had plenty of seafood. A side of rice would have been perfect, but was okay with out. Everyone was happy and they even cut and served the cake. Great party & service. Will definitely return even though I live in Long Beach.
Parking: Plenty of parking.“

“Food was good but customer service not so great. Our waitress Raquel needs to brush up on her people skills, smile a little more and not have such an attitude. I was afraid to ask her for more ice tea. The food was good, the ambiance great and I’d recommend but avoid this waitress.“
