“I love coming here ive tried their smoothies, bowls & bobas. My favorite by far are the strawberry horchata & the arroz con Leche smoothie. I just have one suggestion on the pricing it should be updated, there has been about two times where I've ordered something and it was more than advertised. I ordered a horchata Agua Fresca and it was listed as 4:50 and I paid 5:41.“

“We stopped by Norfolk Ice Cream and had a great experience. We tried the strawberry miso, Dutch chocolate, and key lime with coconut — such a crazy mix of flavors, but all so delicious and well-balanced. My brother was surprised to find miso in his strawberry scoop, but it really worked! The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and not too sweet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt lucky to get served quickly — by the time we left, there was a long line thanks to the Labor Day holiday.“

“My husband and I ended up getting lost. We ended up in forestville, I personally wanted a coffee and he suggested ice cream. We ended up at this quaint little shop. I personally don’t like a big crowd, my anxiety tends to get the best of me. There was a worker there who was just an absolute gem that I still haven’t stopped raving about. Kali was gracious, knowledgeable and just so charismatic. She made this environment friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend to anyone. Also to add, I forwent the coffee and got a scoop of snow hopper. Delectable! If you haven’t been, I highly recommend. We will be back!“

“This is my favorite crumbl store! I come here sometimes while in my lunch break to grab a cookie and they’ve always been super fresh and decorated well and always taste good. The employees are nice too and the store is clean
