“Great food and even better service! The Buck Breakfast had some much flavor and there are options to substitute your eggs and sausage for vegan alternatives. The Huevos Rancheros was a hearty made to order meal. You can definitely taste fresh quality ingredients. Our server was very attentive and friendly.“

“I went to celebrate my friends birthday. We had a delicious vodka cocktail (actually 2 each!) coconut shrimp and pork belly appetizers. And we're too full for another dish! Except of course a shared dessert. It was sort of like French toast with pistachios as part of the crust. Over blueberries and very light whipped cream. And of course,I forgot to mention the milk bread. (Got one loaf to go to take home to BF who wolfed it down). Super place. Super service. Super food.“

“We had an absolutely lovely experience here! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday, everyone was friendly and attentive. Fantastic high end ambience. The food was almost too beautiful to eat and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. One of our guests said it was the best spaghetti he had ever had! The mushroom risotto was perfection. I had the Chilean sea bass and WOW! The salmon was also amazing. The other two guests had roasted chicken and hangar steak… I didn’t get to try them but they looked amazing and everyone cleaned their plate even though we were full lol! We will absolutely be back. “Lovely spot. Definitely a bit tucked in and hidden so I think it’s mostly meant to serve the folks in the business park. That being said I found it quite easily with help of the google street view image. The server was a lovely woman, definitely great service! The food was delicious. “We come to this restaurant regularly and it never disappoints. We were there again for Thanksgiving with a group of friends, and it was perfect as always. They offered their regular menu along with a Thanksgiving special. The turkey was outstanding: perfectly cooked, flavorful, and incredibly moist.
Everything here is consistently delicious, with a great range of options, and the prices remain very reasonable (which has become rare these days!). The food, the atmosphere, the service and the reliability keep us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“The Redwood is a secret gem in downtown Palo Alto. I'm a sandwich for lunch guy, and what I've loved about the several that I've had is that Chef Julien takes excellent base components -- like bread/rolls, meat, cheese and veggies -- and adds extras that make it taste especially good. My wife is a soup and salad person and she's always been very happy with her food. We're so grateful that a friend turned us on to the place.

I'm addition, we recently had Chef Julien cater a dinner for us. He was especially thoughtful to manage the menu around dietary restrictions of guests. Everyone loved the meal, from start to finish.“

“Food was delish. Only issue was bones in my halibut. Beverage Service & table busing slow at times. Had to ask a couple of times for refills. One refill was poured into the wrong glass so soda and ice tea got mixed up but it was corrected. Avocado tempura appetizer was amazing. Desserts were delicious also crème brûlée and chocolate decadent cake. Hubby filet perfect, pizza large. Will definitely go back.“

“BJ's is consistently good and the service today with Aja T. was outstanding. Our only complaint was that our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, so we brought home a LOT of food. And that's really NOT a problem! Good food, good atmosphere, reasonable prices, a great place for a group, and great service. Love having BJ's in the neighborhood.“

“The restaurant is filled with festive spirits for the upcoming holidays! Nice decorations with tall glass windows for all the lights to shine through. Warm and cozy place. The waitress was so lovely and energetic even though it’s already midday.

The food was good. Only one small thing: the poached eggs of Egg Benedicts wasn’t poached enough. It was almost like a boiled eggs. Should be runnier. Otherwise, everything was good.“

“First time here, fairly busy. Lots of free parking. There were a few employees, but they aren't greeting anyone who walked in. Not sure if they take orders in person, but there are kiosks to order your food & they are easy to use for ordering. The food is good, made to order. We had to clean our own table, I didn't see any employees cleaning tables, they should work on that because it was busy. This place is open late night, I think 3AM some nights. You can eat inside or outside, there's heaters outside. And a bathroom for customers.“

The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service at the hotel bar. José, the bartender, was amazing! “The burrito was okay. The good is the size — it’s pretty big. The bad part is the taste for me. The chicken had too much BBQ sauce and wasn’t fresh I think. I didn’t finish it because it was very mid. Nachos were good. I think if you are in between choices at that place, get something but burrito because my colleagues got other food and liked it more.“

“First time visiting Super Duper Burgers —
Smooth and intuitive experience. The kiosk made ordering easy. For a fast causal restaurant I was surprised my burger was cooked medium. Which is how I order them — when I can. Using the kiosk system — you can choose your burger’s cook temp—medium is the default, but you can opt for well-done if you ask. That’s rare in fast casual.

So, with that being said. The burger was legit. For a fast casual spot, the quality held up. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked medium as promised.

They are known for their Shakes & Ice Cream:
Didn’t try them this round, but the flavor lineup was tempting. Definitely will when I return for a visit.

The only drawback was the garlic fries—Overloaded with garlic, which made them soggy fast. Didn’t finish. Next time I order regular fries.

“My sister and I had lunch on July 28, 2025. The French fries are absolutely the best. Crisp with rosemary scattered on top. Two Ceasar salads, one with chicken and one with wild Pacific prawns. My sister said the chicken was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. The problem was with the salads. The dressing on the salad had no flavor at all. Who ever made must have forgotten the flavor ingredients. My prawns were cooked perfectly but no seasoning, just no flavor. Not sure what happened yesterday but just no taste and no seasoning of the dressing and prawns.“
