“First time visitors to this fine establishment, but it won’t be our last. We had two cocktails, a Churchill’s Breakfast and a Maximillian, both beautifully crafted and presented and absolutely delicious, even at 3:00 on a Thursday afternoon. We followed up with a pour of Le Meilleur and were deeply impressed. We were well taken care of my Taylor, and we left with two bottles of the Churchill’s Breakfast and one of their La Meilleur. This is our new go-to Colorado spirit!“

“I came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday around 10:30 or so. The restaurant was moderately full as you'd expect, but I was still greeted and seated within 10 seconds of walking in.

From there, my server, Tessa, was fantastic. I had questions about coffee drinks and breakfast entrees - what she recommended, how things actually tasted (the French toast latte is as sweet as it sounds and you should get it), what options were more food, etc. She was knowledgeable about the menu & what customers tended to like + was attentive and speedy on checking on me, refilling my water, etc. I also heard her rapport snd banter with the tables around me, specifically the warmth and humor she treated everyone with. That was great to listen to.

The Snooze Breakfast Burrito and French Toast Latte I had were both excellent, as things always are at Snooze, but Tessa's hospitality was what made this trip memorable.“

“I love this place. Amazing, friendly, + attentive staff, delicious tacos, yummy drinks. The atmosphere is usually a 5/5, but this summer, there have been A/C issues and they have been using a mobile swamp cooler. It's great on milder days (temps < 90). But with temps consistently in the 90s-100s this summer, the swamp cooler has struggled to keep things comfortable. Hoping the owner invests in repairing the HVAC soon.“

“Everyone loves The Lazy Greyhound. Despite reviews from those without the wherewithal to understand that this place is 21+ (obviously, why would one be fancy enough to go on a date but not fancy enough to hire a babysitter?), this place is excellent. Us locals love how all of the staff treat us.

The drinks are amazing. Attention to detail is spent crafting masterpieces that are not just mesmerizing to look at but tastes that hit your pallet that makes one truly believe in a creator.

Liam recommended the perfect drink for me. just tell him what you're in the mood for, and he'll zero in on a perfect drink. You sure feel like you're in the 20s and doing something you shouldn't be doing when trying to find the place to walking down the dingy halls to the bar itself. Worth it. Great for date night. “Took my wife this evening for her birthday. Our server was Hope, she and all the staff were incredible and worth 10 Stars!!! My wife enjoyed the chicken dinner with steak fries and a salad. it ordered their street food hotdogs, steak fries and a salad. it was actually an incredible sausage appetizer and both meals were huge portions! we started with the Mahi Chichirrones and they were spectacular as was the tartar sauce and the sauces for the chicken. We also ordered the passion fruit drink and the traditional seasoned Peruvian drink with chunks of mango in it. neither were alcoholic and so refreshing! They wanted to play a drum and sing happy birthday with was great as was our Churro which was like no Churro we've ever tasted and as I told Hope, our server we would come there just for the Churro's they were that good! We cannot wait to come back and introduce our friends to this amazing Peruvian Restaurant! Thank you all for a most enjoyable experience“

We had a great time and enjoyed learning about the history of the distillery, Stranahan's various whiskeys and how it makes them, and the distillery's involvement in the community. We had fun with the tastings and took home a few bottles. Thanks Chris!“

“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“This is one of my favorite places in Denver. Get the Froze - trust me. It will become your go to drink. The beet hummus is delicious. There isn't a great view of the mountains, but the atmosphere is still good. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, even when they are adequately staffed, but it's still a great scene and perfect place to bring out of town guests.“

“My friend had her wedding reception here and it was the perfect spot!! The food was delicious, the drinks were reasonably priced (always a nice surprise for a wedding!), and the variety of food and drinks meant there was something for everyone.

They have a cute patio area situated perfectly to watch the sunset and everyone working was SO NICE AND THOUGHTFUL. If I could give 10 stars across the board, I would! Thanks to everyone at Neon Cowboy for a fun night I’m still thinking about weeks after the reception. 😊“

I also had the traditional wings with sweet chili lime sauce, which had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. To top it off, the buffalo chicken pizza was incredible! It was drizzled with just the right amount of buffalo sauce and house-made ranch, giving it that perfect blend of heat and cool. The service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy.
