“I brought my three kids here with me and I was really impressed by how good everything we ordered was. We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. Amazingly attentive service. Even more amazing is that all the kids enjoyed the dinner.“

“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“We regularly get Asuka delivered to us and enjoy their food very much. We almost always get the Veggie Tan Tan Ramen, the Pork Belly Bowl, the Chicken Karaage and their Boba Smoothies (Taro, Coconut or Mango). Sometimes we get their bao buns. Always packaged well, fresh and delicious! Should try their other items but stick to our favorites.“

“The closest to authentic ramen you will find in Colorado. I lived in Japan for many years, and this is the closest to even the experience. It is not 100% like real Japanese ramen, but it’s closer than most “Japanese” restaurants in the Colorado. Definitely give it a try if you find yourself in the area and are craving ramen.“

“Service is good. Food is even better. We were surprised by how good everything is. A great authentic asian place that caters to non-asian pallete. The staff are mostly asian. Spicy is actually spicy. I wished thinner rice layer on the sushi rolls. The pork curlet was juicy. I mistakenly ordered plate, i wanted curry. The portion sizes were great. Definetly will be back for more.“

“The sushi here is consistently fresh, tasty, and delicious, but what really makes the experience special is the service. Our waitress always takes such wonderful care of my wife and me, and she’s just as attentive and welcoming when our extended family comes in—whether we’re dining together or separately. That level of care and consistency means a lot. Great food, great people, and a place that truly makes you feel like a regular. Highly recommend!“

“We had intended to try monks Indian, but they were closed so we came here instead. So glad we did. Very accommodating to my service dog and request for a half booth. I had the black dragon and hubby had the Philly. A large sake completed the home run. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Wendy was a doll keeping drinks refilled and just the right amount of checking in. Would definitely recommend. As an aside we loved the music they were playing.“

“Passed this place many times but never stopped. Decided to stop in a month ago and try it. All I can say is WOW! It was fantastic. Service was exceptional and loved the atmosphere. Ordered takeout last week and still, food was amazing, fresh, and so good. This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend!“

“Visiting Denver from out of town. Stopped in for some lunch. Was seated immediately and allowed to pick out our seat. I tried the Tokyo Shoyu ramen which was delicious. Everything was cooked well. The waiter even accommodated my request for an extra piece of Bok Choy which im sure was a unique request. Next time I'm in town I'll be sure to stop by“

“I love mugi ramen, i got into ramen about a year ago but my brother lived in japan and can be a tough ramen critic and he loves this place. i recommend either the tonkotsu ramen (add chili oil of course) or the spicy shoyu. the staff is great and has treated me to desert at times that i don’t even order it. i love it here, great vibes, great workers, and especially GREAT FOOD!“

“Ordered pick up 30mins before closing as a last minute i don't wanna cook decision and man was it delicious. So good we scarfed it down before I thought of pictures. 😅
The thai tea Boba slush had no reason to be that delicious.
We got the signature bowls Tuna and chicken karaage, fresh and delicious. Crab wontons were light and crispy. 😘 And the 2 miso soups (yum) and a few cubes of cheese cake! (Also yum.) Will definitely be back, totally worth it.“
