“Last night we went here and it was awesome! We opted to do the equivalent of the chef‘s table, and let them decide what to bring, and when. It was absolutely amazing and delicious! Definitely creative. The drinks were phenomenal as well. Our favorites were the Hamachi, the off the menu salmon, tartare, the mushroom Ramen soup and the foie gras. ❤️“

“Excellent service, staff always checks if I have a drink and if I want one. Very fun and energetic area. Views are great overlooking Sloan's lake. They are also very welcoming of a brewery . Beers are great , they do a good amount of collaboration which says to me that they are get along with other breweries in the industry well. Worth a visit for sure !“

“Bruz makes the best Belgian beers you can find in Colorado and some of the best beers period. The brewery has a great atmosphere, with wonderful service, and fun events. I'd highly recommend one of their beer tastings to get an overview of the many styles of Belgian beer.“

“Fantastic spot with a beer for every palate—the vibe is awesome, and the service is top-shelf. Brooklyn was kind and made our visit exceptional. Before my wife and I stopped in, we read the reviews (we always do) and noticed a lone one-star complaint accusing her of being disrespectful and “fat-shaming” a family. After meeting Brooklyn, I can’t imagine her acting that way. There’s even a sign by the register that says “All are welcome,” no matter your race, orientation, etc. Don’t let that review fool you. Brooklyn is awesome and the place is amazing. 🍻“

“Delicious food and the best caipirinha! The picanha steak was tender and tasty and cooked to our medium rare perfection. The 3 pastel appetizers were all wonderful- we split a ham and cheese one, a ground beef one and a heart of palm and cheese one among the two of us and each one was unique and delicious. We split a well prepared flan for dessert.“

“Haven’t been back here since 2016. We usually just go to breweries one time. But I am part of a DnD campaign and we like to rotate breweries. We were here on 8/24/25. Got here about 1145 and I want to think I was the first customer they had that day. They open at 11am. They did get busier throughout the afternoon. There was 7 of us so we took up a couple of tables. They have a smaller patio. They are dog friendly. This day they were out of both of their Pilsners which I was a little bummed. Lots of IPAs on tap. Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is great. Will definitely be back sooner than later. Cheers!“

“I’ve been coming to I HOP IPA Taphouse for a few years now and it’s always a great experience! Even though I’m not a big IPA fan, there’s a fantastic selection of other beers—especially the sours and lighter options. The ciders may not get as much spotlight, but they’re there on draft and worth trying! I also appreciate the nice selection of NA and seltzer options. We love grabbing food from next door or bringing in our own, and it’s become the perfect spot for our beer-and-books book club. Great drinks, relaxed vibe, and a place we always look forward to visiting!“

“Ummm, this was some of the most lovely surprises I’ve had in a while. We were just strolling by when we heard the most glorious voice (turned out to be the owner) bellowing out the open windows letting us know they had brunch cocktails to go. So, while waiting for our table next door we popped inside for a quick drink. Well, we were there a total of maybe 9 mins, but in those 9 minutes we lived a FULL life.

I had one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve had in ages (dill-forward in the BEST way 🤤), blew bubbles (🤷‍♂️), voted for which of three non-profits I wanted to receive their quarterly donation (😍), and drank a mimosa from a champagne bong (👯🎉).

Fun was had. Drinks were delicious. Cackles were cackled. This was one of those magical moments with friends that are impossible to curate...you just have to put yourself out there and hope you stumble upon a gem like this.

10/10. HARD Do Recommend.“

“Amazing service by not only the floor staff, but as well from management! Colorado Campfire, feels like the type of bar where everyone knows you name. You feel invited and welcome. Eva is a excellent mixologist. Johnny was extremely helpful when deciding what food to order and Reese handled a 10 person table with ease.

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“The service was great. Shaina was knowledgeable and had suggestions and accommodations for those with nut allergies, lactose intolerance, and vegetarians all of which were in our party.
The horchata was a 11/10!! it was not like Horchata I’ve ever had. It was made with coconut milk or cream and toasted coconut on top. The second one we got had rum in it and we should not have done that. It’s way better without the rum.

We were cruising along great, and then the entrées came. Four of us ordered the picanha with the chimichurri sauce. And all four of us were highly disappointed. I would give it a 3/10. The french fries that came with it 9/10. Garlic aioli-6/10 tasted too much like mayonnaise

The picanha 1/10. It was so grisly and hard to cut and hard too chew, that after sawing off three bites I was too frustrated and disappointed to eat anymore. For $50, this should have been at least a 7/10.
I would go back for the horchata and apps and shareable, but not for the entrees.“

“Both the turkey burger and veggie burger were fantastic! This place has a fun, casual vibe and was a great joint for our family. They were very generous with the meat on the turkey burger. The veggie burger was prepared perfectly and had a really nice crispy outside.“
