“Our waitress definitely could have been better, the food absolutely made up for the poor service. The oysters were so good and the red snapper was delicious!“

“Spent a 3day weekend in Aspen, mostly dining out every evening. Every review at places said pricey for what you get served. Including this place. Buffalo Burgers are usually expensive anyway... I can say as a fact that the size of the burger was large and thick, perfectly cooked! Juicy Tasted Wonderfully delicious!! I forget what my friend ordered but she did say it was the best thing she ate so far on the trip. We did go on a Sunday kinda late. When we walked past to the hiking trails it was packed all the times.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“Our waitress was fantastic. They have an extensive wine selection. The cocktails were everything that you would expect. Our four course meal was fantastic. We started with the fondue and added the shaved truffles and prosciutto. Next was the salad course, Panzanella salad. We had the Cacio de Pepe and Cod with spinach. Cappuccino biscotti and cheesecake finished off the evening. Great Experience. Highly Recommend.“

“For a place at the bottom of a mountain this place has the best bar food in town (not exaggerating). Awesome atmosphere and a great place to grab a drink post skiing. Food is also phenomenal. The bartenders are super nice and the service is great. Highly recommend if in “

“What a lovely evening! We went to Camp de Fiori for date night and had a lovely meal. It's old school Italian that makes you feel like you are in your grandmother's kitchen. The pasta! The homemade pasta was cooked perfectly. The desserts were fantastic! Looking forward to returning.“

“WOW!!! I don’t understand ANY negative review about this place. I am a baker myself and when something impresses me that is special. These people have a true gift of pastry work. We loved it so much that we went back twice and drove early for our flight out to get their empanadas and burritos. Their apple Jesus was delicious as well as their almond croissant and cherry danish. Really an unexpected find! Their prices reflect the work and time they put into their craft. I appreciate the effort put into the food they produce.“

“Aqualina is a solid place to eat in Aspen. Great variety of menu items, fancy pasts dishes to woodfired pizza. My pasta was cooked perfectly but also unremarkable, the arugula salad was outstanding and the Tirimisu was off the chart delicious! Our server was fantastic, she was efficient, friendly and non intrusive.“

“Craving some spicy food and decided to give this place a try! While the flavors aren’t the most authentic Szechuan, it’s definitely worth it for this town. The dishes hit the spot with the right amount of heat, and portions are generous. A great choice when you’re in the mood for bold flavors and something different.
Started Lazi Chicken ( Crispy Chicken with chilies ) and Chill Oil steamed wontons ( pork) as appetizers.
The Szechuan Hot Oil Steak was especially tasty — the rich flavors pair perfectly with rice
I usually eat pretty spicy, so I’d rate their “3 chili” spice level about a 4/10 for me. But for my friend who doesn’t eat much spice, it was more like a 9/10 — so it really depends on your tolerance.“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. And the servers are the best!! ❤️❤️❤️“
