As a self-proclaimed chai connoisseur, I’m always on the hunt for the perfect cup — and I can confidently say Forest Coffee serves the best chai on the Front Range. Seriously. “We went here after dinner at the sushi restaurant next door. Everything is so adorable in here with the cat theme! The workers were so nice and helpful with figuring out what I wanted. I got a brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was fantastic!! I’m a sucker for anything with cats, but it’s even better that the drinks here are sooooo good! I will definitely be back🐈🧋“

“Came in around 9 this morning to get a macchiato. Probably one of the best macchiatos I’ve had, and I’ve had many. Not too much milk like most places do, just enough to take the edge off but you can still taste the espresso.
I wish I had gotten her name but there was just one other girl working and it looked like she was tidying up when I came in. She was super nice, and washed her hands before making it which may seem like kind of a bizarre thing to comment on (especially in these “After times”) but I’m sure lots of others wouldn’t have bothered. The attention to hygiene didn’t go unnoticed and I really appreciated it. Definitely coming back!“

“Super cute little mochi donut and coffee shop. We tried the matcha einspanner and the strawberry boba latte. Both drinks were delicious and they even gave us a mochi donut to try! Which was amazing. The employee helping us out was super friendly. Definitely will be back to try the other yummy looking drinks on their menu!“

“We had the huevos rancheros and the corned beef and hash. Both were delicious. I also ordered a zucchini/pistachio pancake that was fluffy and light. The butter was freshly churned with cinnamon . I will be dreaming about that pancake for awhile. I also got a hazelnut latte and it was the perfect mix of coffee and nutty without being overly sweet.“

“One type of donut (cronuts) but done very well with a lot of interesting flavor variations some of which seem to be unique. Both the French toast and bourbon caramel flavors are delicious. The drip coffee is average.

Service is very good - fast, friendly and willing to discuss what they have while you make up your mind. The space has one table; it's mostly oriented to take-out. The decor is interesting.

They do have restrooms, for customers only, and it's entered by code only.

We ended up sitting there when our table was ready, it felt extremely awkward to be seated away from the restaurant along with being in front of the patio door that people were using.“

“I had the Oreo mochi milk which was good! It has white chewy mochi and is a blended Oreo flavored cold drink. The service was great and I would definitely come back to try their other drinks. The only issue was that the cushions for the seating were completely stained and not cleaned, otherwise it was a nice boba place to go to .“

I drove all the way to this one because most of the stand alone Starbucks run out of the Strawberry Acai Refresher really fast and they don't restock until Friday. Not only did this Starbucks let me use my earned reward (read free!) for my Trenta Strawberry Acai Refresher with extra berries but THEN they let me order a Venti iced water with extra berries. Explanation : I've been hooked on drinking water with the leftover berries and I end up refilling my cup with water all day and drinking a ton! Super yummy! Super healthy - freeze dried strawberries, no sugar added. The berries are very hard to find so they went out of their way to help me. Holy heaven, peeps! I'm completely touched by their kindness today! (This Starbucks is in the new KingSoopers on Smoky Hill. Greatest people ever!)“

“I’m only sharing of the service I received the other day. I’ve been getting a coffee everyday the last 3 weeks. I ordered my usuals but forgot to ask for only 1 pump of syrup. I didn’t realize the young lady had already made my coffee and asked over the counter if she could do 1 pump? She grabbed the cup and dump the whole thing out with attitude!! I would have drank it had I know it was already made. Her attitude sucked and then scolded me “next time order it at the beginning”. I apologized profusely! I hire many people and this attitude would never fly! Treat people with kindness because you never know what they are going through!“
