“This place is under new ownership, and while it was always good, the new owners have taken it to the next level. It’s now GREAT. My 8-year-old daughter is obsessed! She loves the new decor, the cool anime playing on the TVs, and the fact that they don’t close at 3pm anymore 🙌 Huge shoutout to our server Jessica who absolutely elevated the vibes and made the experience even better. “The closest to authentic ramen you will find in Colorado. I lived in Japan for many years, and this is the closest to even the experience. It is not 100% like real Japanese ramen, but it’s closer than most “Japanese” restaurants in the Colorado. Definitely give it a try if you find yourself in the area and are craving ramen.“

“So good!!! Cute little place on Colfax - recommend parking on a side street and walking over due to construction. They have numerous vegetarian ramen dishes. I had the spicy version and it was incredibly delicious and a huge portion. Staff were nice and the service was quick. I shall return!“

“Service is good. Food is even better. We were surprised by how good everything is. A great authentic asian place that caters to non-asian pallete. The staff are mostly asian. Spicy is actually spicy. I wished thinner rice layer on the sushi rolls. The pork curlet was juicy. I mistakenly ordered plate, i wanted curry. The portion sizes were great. Definetly will be back for more.“

“Mugi’s ramen is delicious. I don’t eat pork or shellfish and there are options you can remove or modify which is greatly appreciated. The music is fun and upbeat and Pan’s service was impeccable for a quick dine in. We were walked through the menu very thorough and it was pretty great. Glad we checked it out!“

“We started coming here about a year ago for their awesome lunch sashimi specials and somehow it quickly turned into an almost-weekly tradition. Whether it’s a quick workday lunch or a full-on family feast, this place never misses.
The fish is always served at exactly the right temperature, which is surprisingly rare and makes such a difference. The spicy edamame is truly one of a kind and a must-order every time.
David takes incredible care of us on every visit, and our kids beg to come along because they feel like total VIPs. Warm, consistent service and truly excellent sushi. We’re so lucky to have this place in our neighborhood!“

“Ordered pick up 30mins before closing as a last minute i don't wanna cook decision and man was it delicious. So good we scarfed it down before I thought of pictures. 😅
The thai tea Boba slush had no reason to be that delicious.
We got the signature bowls Tuna and chicken karaage, fresh and delicious. Crab wontons were light and crispy. 😘 And the 2 miso soups (yum) and a few cubes of cheese cake! (Also yum.) Will definitely be back, totally worth it.“

“I was in the parking lot and starving! Didn’t want ramen since it was so hot, so I went with a curry chicken bowl instead. It really hit the spot! The bowl had fried chicken, curry, and pickled radish—totally unexpected but awesome. The server was great, and since the place only had about three tables inside, I managed to beat the lunch rush. The ambiance was fantastic—small and intimate, kind of like being in Japan!“
