Starbucks in Aurora

“This is actually a nicer than average Starbucks. Felt really roomy. Modern music (not exactly my jam) at a very reasonable volume.

It was hot as heck out and I needed a place with good wi-fi to work from while I waited on my wife's appointment just down the road. She actually has another one next week, it could be 70 out and I'm still using the heat as an excuse to overpay for such a great latte I truly don't care what they charge.

Staff was extremely friendly and coordinated as well.

Dietary restrictions: Skinny latte is my go to, it has non-fat milk and sugar free flavoring. They have a lot of diet friendly options. Pretty much all the food comes to them sealed so there's no risk of something like a peanut allergy.“

“This is my usual spot every morning. They’re always in happy moods and so quick with their service! Today I swung by for my birthday drink and they went above and beyond! Loved the birthday message and cake pop! I wish I could shout them all out but the only one I know from today (5/21) is Chloe! Yall are amazing thank you for starting my work days with energy🙏🏻“

“We come here quite often and order the same exact thing. We prefer this location over all others because it’s so delicious and they make the drinks so great! Today really stood out because we pulled up and I ordered and the girl taking my order through the drive-through asked if my name was Kylie. I was shocked that she remembered my name. She remembered from over a month ago, my drink, and my name And does her best to remember other people‘s names. Great customer service, people are easy to talk to, and the drinks are always good! I highly recommend this location. Also, the staff member, Emily is the one that remembered my name, she deserves a raise!“

“At this location, EVERYONE that works here is professional, helpful and pleasant. Considering this location isn't in the best neighborhood and next to a budget hotel, I was very surprised, in the best way. And to make sure not to drive anyone away, during the day here, it's peaceful, ample outside patio space and of course the drinks/coffee here are good.“

“This is a new store but this is my favorite location in the area. Very friendly and personable. I've had a few wrong drinks but that's normal for any store they will fix the mistake. They've fixed at least 1 drink from another location. Never had an unfriendly barista and they know their regulars. There is a good mix of cultures working the counter and customers. I wish they had been here years ago.“

“Nice place, great to meet people or work on your laptop. Spacious patio area as well. Sadly, Starbucks still offers only plain bagel or oatmeal as their "dairy free pastry options" ? so... Bring your own if you are avoiding dairy for any reason.“

“I LOVE this location. Staff is always friendly and my drink tastes remarkably better when I order here than at any other location, perhaps a consistency issue across the other operations, but they should take notes from this store. Yall are crushing it“

“Went in for a Christmas drink and was not disappointed 🥲 the barista noticed I had a disney christmas sweater on and asked if I was a fan, asked if I wanted hear his mickey mouse impersonation, of course I did! Left with happy tears and getting to hear my name from mickey mouse, on Christmas. Also the drink is perfect, thank you!! Will definitely be back again and again ! Thank you for making my day 💚❤️“

“Always have the best time talking to the afternoon worker Matilda ☺️ she’s always really kind and lets me take my time picking what I want and even recommends things when I can’t decide. Quick and efficient and feels like I’m talking to one of my besties ☺️“

“I frequent this location pretty much everyday and have been for the last few months. The drive thru service seems to be faster than most Starbucks locations. If you are an avid Starbucks customer like I am, then you know sometimes it can be snail slow getting through the drive thru at most locations. I have also been inside and have studied there and ordered. Service is pretty decent inside as well. I will mention, if it matters to anyone, that sometimes homeless individuals will be inside and sitting, but they do not bother anyone, at least when I have been inside. The employees do not say anything to them but as I said, they are not bothering any of the customers. I still give this location full stars just because the service is great and the baristas are always so welcoming every time I come here. I currently just finished my coffee from there this morning as I am writing this review :)

Parking: Usually plenty of spots open to park. No complaints:)“

“Amy needs a raise iv had Starbucks all over the state and she makes my Carmel ribbon crunch. BETTER!!! then any other Starbucks I work for fritolay so daily I have my drink at multiple safeways/kingsoopers and also plain Starbucks and hands down she is the best her Attitude is the best and she's going through a lot right now. “Located inside Target and as the whole store have and still undergoing refurbishing, this Starbucks have changed as well.1. Moved across store entrance from where it was at and, have enlarged their space.2. More open, light and airy as versus the cave-like feel of the previous space.3. More tables to dine in.I visited on a weekday afternoon and there was a line of about 3 parties and more coming as I sat there enjoying my ☕.Only thing I wish would be more and varied bakery items.Otherwise, a good update!“

“Great service usually but please MOVE your drive through speaker! It is so annoying to be told over and over you can't hear me! My throat was hurting today and I had to yell at the speaker! That's when the drive through becomes inconvenient“

“Excellent Service. The Staff was great, they remade my drink after a misunderstanding on my part. If you are in the local area, visit here!

Dietary restrictions: In terms of gluten free foods, there are some fruit and nut packs that can be purchased here, provided you don't have allergies. Other than that, cheese strings are available also.“

“This location is open for walk in but not sit in and also drive through. I ordered using the Starbucks app and then went inside. Social distancing is practiced and the servers wear masks. They were out of the chocolate croissant I wanted but they allowed a substitution. There were a lot of cars in the drive through. I definitely recommend ordering ahead using the app to cut down on wait time if you walk up. Or even in the drive through as this location is still fairly busy. The servers were friendly and efficient. It was a little sad that I couldn’t sit down and just relax. But after yoga my little almond croissant and venti very berry hibiscus was refreshing and the breakfast I needed. It also made the tire rotation more pleasant. I’m so glad my boss gave my a gift card so I could enjoy a little break.“

“Everybody's always extremely friendly and happy to see me. They always say hello to me when I walk through the door. Baristas, shift supervisors and managers work very hard at Starbucks. I always appreciate the kindness and love. Thank you so much. “

“Awesome service. Everyone was amazing, but there was a dark haired gentleman who went above and beyond what I consider exceptional service. I wish I had grabbed his name. He made a point to memorize everyone’s name, keep a bright smile on that radiated through his mask, and even walked another customer’s order out to their car. I work in retail, and especially during COVID, it’s been challenging to keep a happy face in addition to high quality customer service. Props to everyone at this location, but particularly the gentleman who helped me and many others have a better day!“

“When I first went here about 4 months ago, I thought the service was bad and employees were kind of rude. I would have given them either 2 stars or maybe even 1 star. Since then, things have gotten better. Some of the employees even know my nickname and always say "Hello" when they see me. Perhaps it is because they now see me as a regular, perhaps the Manager had a talk with them about their behavior/attitude, etc. I was thinking a 3-star but that would take away from the nice employees. So I gave it 4 stars. This is a busy location, so if you are looking for a quick in-and-out Starbucks, know that the Target store (about 300 yards away) has a Starbucks inside it.“

“There is a manager that works here her name is Alyssa. She is the most caring, sweetest, professional person I have ever seen at any Starbucks. Every time I go and she is there her and her team are always amazing and kind it's always super clean and they always gets everything
