“Honestly so glad this place is open 24/7. Came in late and ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and it was so bomb. Steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were on point. Food came out hot, service was chill, and it really hit the spot. I’d for sure come back again“

“Crossing the country back to California and lucky enough to find The Vintage Moose which is the kind of place you don’t stumble into very often anymore.
We stopped in back in October at an off hour with a mixed group with a young toddler and a handicapped mom in law and were met with genuine, effortless hospitality. Everyone was welcomed, everyone ate well, and no one felt rushed or out of place. The food was exactly what a mountain tavern should be: hearty, honest, and satisfying without trying too hard.
What really stands out is the vibe. It feels like real Colorado, super warm, unpretentious, and full of locals who seem truly rooted there. The proprietor made the experience even better, and we left already planning our return. A rare, authentic gem in Idaho Springs.“

“I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Tuscany Tavern. As visitors from California and Florida, we were looking for a nice restaurant with good food while visiting Evergreen, Colorado. We were very pleased with the food, service, and ambiance of Tuscany Tavern. I totally enjoyed my pasta Arrabiata! We totally recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an excellent meal with great service. Our thanks to our server, Hudson, for his attentive service. We tried to get the Chef to come out so we could thank them personally but, not surprising, the kitchen was very busy.“

“I’ve read reviews complaining about the rudity, but I think the owner directness js misunderstood. I’m vegetarian and the owner was thoughtful to prepare a vegetarian pho for me and cared about how I’d like the food cooked. He was sincere and the meal tasted really good.“
