“The Italian pasta menu was out of this world and hope it returns. The lasagne with wagyu beef was incredible - a perfect balance of delicious beef, fresh pasta and cheese. My personal fave was the squid ink spaghetti frutti di mare - the fresh tomato sauce combined beautifully with the seafood, and the saffron breadcrumbs made it all truly unique and unforgettable. The tiramisu was delicate, and the ricotta cheesecake with orange marmalade felt fresh and citrusy.“

“SUCH an incredible date night!! The dinner was seamless in timing (we love longer dining experiences), and absolutely fresh and delicious. We felt incredibly safe having our own space. Our server was stellar, and we even got to share our meal with a couple of the farm pups! I can't recommend this enough!!“

“Visited Boulder Cork for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, our food was delicious, and drinks were tasty. Their dinner happy hour menu has great prices and really good options. The prime rib was delectable and the fish & chips were fried to perfection. Mud pie for dessert was incredible as well! “Very fine cocktails from the bar, low-ceilinged brick with dim, warm lights; speakeasy feel.

Intimate comedy space; strange because the comic cannot face the majority of the audience at once. About 20 attendees. 3 comics and a host. The openers leaned on body humor and identity politics, no different from anywhere else. Headliner was a bit of a Hedbergian, which was delightful.

“Our server was gracious enough to extend happy hour prices a few minutes so we could get in our order. She was friendly and attentive, but not pushy. My salad and add-on blackened salmon were delicious. Good assortment of casual dishes as well as entrees. Well worth a visit.“

“This was such a great find! I wanted something low key to take my son in a stroller and this place hit the jackpot. There is a ton of room and the bartender is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever been served by!I got a glass of wine and a charcuterie board while waiting for my husband and the charcuterie came of fast and was delicious.“

“Our third year coming to Boulder but first time to The Post. Known for its GF fried chicken, it's a heavy chicken and meat menu but surprisingly good menu for two vegetarian kids in my family. They loved the cheddar biscuits, quinoa &kale salad and cauliflower app. One even asked to go back two nights later. It's a fun vibe and a good drink selection. And the GF chicken is that good.“

“It's been awhile since we've been back and it did not disappoint. our waitress was wonderful, bonus points for keeping us informed about a hold up on our drinks instead of keeping us wondering if she forgot us. good recommendations on drinks and foods too. the trout was supurb and i can't remember what the others ordered but everyone was very happy with their choices. i love the atmosphere here also, quirky set up but feels so comfy. we'll have to go back soon. thanks for a wonderful night out.“

“Food was great. Service was acceptable, open table asked if it was a birthday and I filled out that it was and then nothing happened. I assumed they might bring out a little cupcake or something, but never even mentioned that there was a birthday. A little disappointing, but overall a good experience“
