“The best sushi restaurant in the Lone Tree area. Reasonably priced, with amazing lunch specials. Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. Everything is made to order, so some rolls may take longer to be served than others. Keep this in mind - because I’ve seen other customers complain when the food doesn’t all come out at once. The food is good quality and absolutely delicious. We come here almost once a week. Highly recommend!“

“My husband took me here for my birthday last night. Our first time there. Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious! We had the Omakase. Outstanding! I highly recommend this place! “This place was one of the best food place that I went int Colorado. I went in during rainy day. They still welcomed me even if I was smelly and soaked with water. They served me warm soups and curry. The taste was just so delicious! I usually do not leave the comment, but this place is hard not to leave the comment. “I brought my three kids here with me and I was really impressed by how good everything we ordered was. We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. Amazingly attentive service. Even more amazing is that all the kids enjoyed the dinner.“

“Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!
The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:
Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!
Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!
Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.
Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!
Lollipop roll - this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!
Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!
The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

The sweet shrimp was another highlight, super fresh and naturally sweet, with a great texture.

“I think this id perhaps the best Sushi anywhere in Douglas county. It is certainly the best I have had in the Denver area. The service is excellent. We were seated quickly and the specials were explained to us. The fresh sea scallop was amazing. We ordered a la cart Nigiri which was super fresh and great size portions. Our new go to place for sushi! I am celiac and was able to eat Gluten Free here safely!“

“I recently discovered this hidden gem of a sushi restaurant tucked away in a strip mall next to Starbucks and that shares a parking lot with Taco Bell in Highlands Ranch. From the outside, it’s easy to miss, But once you step inside, you’re in for a treat!
The menu is massive, offering an impressive variety of sushi, sashimi, rolls, and Japanese dishes. What stands out is the freshness of the food and the high-quality ingredients. The sushi was some of the best in the area, beating the regular spots in Highlands Ranch.
Our server was delightful —kind, attentive, and very helpful in navigating the menu. They made excellent recommendations and made us feel well taken care of.
The only downside is the atmosphere, which feels a bit blah and could use some updating to match the quality of the food. However, the restaurant just started offering beer, wine, and sake, and plans to expand their liquor menu soon, which is a promising!
Despite the unassuming location and lackluster ambiance, the incredible food and top-notch service make this my new favorite sushi spot in Highlands Ranch. If you’re looking for fresh, delicious sushi that outshines the competition, don’t let the location deter you—this place is great!“

“My daughter wrote on her school paper that Tokyo Joes a was her favorite restaurant when whe was in kindergarten (age 5). She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. “Came here for their lunch special and it was awesome! There were several options for the 11.99 lunch special, and then even more for 12.99 lunch special. The kung pao chicken was only 11.99 and came with choice of soup, a great large spring roll, two scoops of rice and a very decent portion of chicken/veggies/peanuts/peppers with two dipping sauces on the side. Grabbed lunch alone, so just popped a seat at the small bar and they had food out in no more than 5 minutes. Will definitely be coming back, thanks!

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!
