“If you're craving a burrito that’s as loaded with flavor as it is with generosity, the Castle Rock Chipotle is your spot. The crew here doesn’t just serve food—they serve up kindness, enthusiasm, and portions that would make a linebacker blush.
Let’s talk about that burrito. They didn’t just add queso—they lathered it on like it was a love language. And the protein? Extra doesn’t even begin to cover it. Whether you’re team chicken, steak, or barbacoa, they pile it high with zero hesitation and full commitment to your satisfaction.
But what really sealed the deal was their attention to detail. One of the employees noticed I hadn’t scanned my app yet and went out of their way to make sure I got every last point. That kind of thoughtfulness turns a quick lunch into a loyal return visit.
Castle Rock Chipotle isn’t just a fast-casual stop—it’s a place where generosity is part of the recipe. Five stars, extra queso, and all the gratitude.“
“We had a great meal here. The fellow making our bowls was super friendly and gave us good size portions of the toppings which hasn’t always happened here or at other locations in the past. Wish I would’ve gotten his name. We got the barbacoa and chicken bowls and it was all very tasty and fresh. Only reason for the 4 star is because we were lured here with the offer of a free side of their new adobo ranch, which actually was very good. However they only give you a very skimpy half of a 4 oz cup, even though the marketing Ad showed the 4 oz cup being full to the top. When I mentioned it to the girl checking us out she said the side of sauce only comes in 2 oz, ok but why do they use a 4 oz cup then and it is filled to the top in the ad? It may be a corporate issue but she didn’t offer to make it right either. Anyway the food was good so we will definitely be back!“
