“Best pho I’ve had in Denver. Their brisket is on a different level, you can tell everything is cooked slow and with love. I’m always willing to drive a little further to come here :) I also like that I can get a large bowl for only a dollar extra. Everything is always well packaged when I order to go as well.“

“I finally found the pho i’ve been looking for. Recently moving to the area, it’s been challenging to find. I prefer northern style pho with a rich, clear beef broth and this was perfection. The broth was flavorful, the noodles were thin and the correct amount of chewy. They also serve thinly sliced rare eye beef, which is also my favorite. I also don’t really like sweet pho, so I enjoyed that the broth was more savory. The house pho was so delicious, and I will be coming back.“

“This place is very good on quality, the service is friendly and good, the restaurant itself is very clean and with modern stylish atmosphere. My beef appetizer was fantastic. The veggies were very fresh and the broth was good on my pho. My noodles were a little overcooked but that may have been my fault for waiting too long. If this were my neighborhood pho spot I would happily be here several times a week.“

“Great authentic pho and great customer service. I live in parker and there are no good authentic pho restaurants in parker. I always make the 40min drive because it's that good. Fri-sat is even better with the rotating special menu... bun bo hue, bun cha ha noi, banh cuon and banh canh to name a few. This a such a good family restaurant to support.“

“Went on a weekend during off-peak times. The place was pretty empty and service was very quick. Lot's of options on the menu. We got the pho, size large and extra large. Both were A LOT of food, and we felt it was pretty worth it. Broth was great, on the saltier side but I didn't mind it.“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia.
