They had a food truck making craft burgers and a chili bar. Solid beer!🍻 The lumberjack IPA was one of our favorites. Located on a busy corner so finding parking can be a challenge but worth it. 👍🏽👍🏽“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cogstone Brewing Company is such a hidden gem! 🍺 The variety of unique beers is unlike anywhere else—where else can you try a Beet Cream Ale, Cucumber Cream Ale, or even Chips & Salsa beer? • The Beet Cream Ale was incredibly light and smooth. • The Cucumber Cream Ale smelled just like fresh cucumbers—so refreshing! • The Chips & Salsa Ale completely blew my mind—the aftertaste is literally like spiced salsa with salty tortilla chips. How do they do that?! • Their Pumpkin Ale is a seasonal star, perfectly balanced without being overpowered by nutmeg or cinnamon. • My personal favorite? The Cream Ale—so smooth, with a touch of sweetness that almost reminds me of cream soda. Yum! The food is just as impressive. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, and the duck fat fries are golden, crispy perfection (though I wish more came with the combo… we ended up ordering extra because they were that good!). They also offer fire-oven pizzas and even burrata (which could use some tomatoes for balance, but still tasty). Between the unique brews, delicious food, and the option to grab merch or take home a growler of your favorite beer, this spot is absolutely worth a visit. A must-try for locals and visitors alike! “My favorite place in Colorado Springs! They have amazing flagship beers along with unique, cutting edge taps that will satisfy the soul. Every time I come in from my home three blocks away I'm impressed and trying something new. I love a brewery that challenges itself, challenges its drinkers, and is hugely successful with ridiculously amazing beer! Plus, the staff is exceptional and hospitable always caring for anyone's needs whether it's the beer drinker or the pup that is with. ♥️🐾“

I had the black forest Red Ale It paired very well with the spicy braut. Great mountain atmosphere! It is definitely worth the visit.“

“JAKs has opened a new location! Hooray! This new tap room seats approximately 30, which includes 7 at the bar. I can foresee limited parking - you may have to park on Amelia St., a short walk to the entrance. Excellent beer, friendly folks. Can't ask for more!“

My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.“

“Just wanted to swing back and give a long overdue review, the variety of beer over the years has always been entertaining and I enjoyed the experimental beers they created. The point of this review though, this beer stashed away to age and test the life of a crowler and one of my favorites from their barrel aged stouts. The Benatar, canned 31 Aug 2021, opened three states away and a survivor of the trailer raiders of a nearby Santa Fe homeless shelter. Still carbonated and delicious 5.5 years later. For science and beer!“

Our server, Hailey, was very prompt, friendly, and attentive and was always on top of our refills. We started with the pretzel bites (yum!) and my husband had the Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken sandwich and I had their Smash Burger - both were delicious.

We will definitely visit again when we are back in the Springs !“

“Absolutely loved our evening hanging out at Seven’s Gate. Been a long time, fan and visitor of Cerebus across the street, but had never made it over to Seven’s Gate until this evening. They were doing a fundraiser for Manitou Springs pride, and we were met with welcoming, smiles, tasty, beer, and amazing service from Kara. We didn’t get to try any of the food… But that will be a first on the next visit. Highly recommend visiting any time of the week, if you want to stop by for a chill atmosphere and good vibes. Will definitely be back!“
