“Someone told us that this was by far the best place in the area to get tacos and beer, but they obviously hadn't tried the queso fundido with chorizo or the Aguachile de Ribeye. Don't get me wrong, the birria and carnitas were delicious and I can't wait to eat the leftovers, but the flavors in the other two dishes combined to make some of the best food I have ever had!

“stopped in while driving home on i-70 and had a great experience. the service was fantastic (shoutout to my server), and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for a steakhouse. you cook your own steak, which was actually a lot of fun, and they have a guide by the grill to help you get your preferred temp just right. medium-rare, of course 😉.

the unlimited salad bar and texas toast were also highlights. overall, great food, friendly service, and a unique dining experience that stands out from your typical steakhouse. i’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. highly recommend.“
