“My daughter Steph and her then-boyfriend took me here on a recent trip to Denver. Let me explain; their pizza is so delicious, my mouth is watering 1700 miles away! Perfect amount of tomato sauce. Comfortable, casual place to watch the game, grab a slice. On my most recent trip, my daughter and her boyfriend got engaged! Everyone at “Howdy Paisano’s” (as we call them), was so sweet to sign a congrats card with a special pizza upon their return! (They’re regulars!) Anyway, great food, great people, chill atmosphere.“

“This place is an absolute hidden gem in the 32nd Ave neighborhood. My partner and I found it online through some searching and visited for dinner. We were sat right away, the server was very prompt in asking for our drink order and explaining the menu. Both the food and drink were out of this world. Highly recommend going and we will be back soon!“

“Visiting from florida. Took our son and his girlfriend out last night for her birthday. They say this is their favorite restaurant. The food was beyond amazing and the desserts were delicious! “This is my favorite restaurant! The food has a sensuous and complex flavor profile while also being rustic Italian. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will most definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is really nice and intimate feeling. Great for a date night or a family dinner, so long you have well behaved kids who love good food.“

“I can’t believe it took me this long to find Mickey’s Top Sirloin—what have I been doing with my life?! This place is the perfect mix of dining out and enjoying a comforting, home-cooked meal made by your mom (if your mom also happens to be a steak-cooking legend).

The atmosphere is so fun and inviting—it feels like walking into a neighborhood spot where everyone’s family. And the steaks? Absolutely stellar. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavor, they’re easily some of the best I’ve had.

“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!“

The food was just what we needed during our 2 weeks on the road driving from Canada through the US. A little expensive but completely worth it. “We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! “North is great - as always. I eat there frequently. Our waitress nearly knocked my drink out of my hand accidentally and much of it spilled on me. Stuff happens and she apologized as expected, though I anticipated a comped starter, simply a refreshed drink or offer for a desert. So instead of taking care of us for maybe $15 and feeling good about it she didn't get a tip and probably felt bad instead.“
