If your waiter is david and he tells you to buy something you should just trust him- he doesnt lead you astray with his suggestions.“

You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!“

“We decided to try this location as we've enjoyed the one in Westminster previously and had great experiences but this location was closer to home. Great food and our waitress, Valerie was really awesome. Great personality and exceptional service. Even the General Manager was making the rounds and ensuring everything was going smoothly. “We had a fantastic experience at Venice! We’ve lived in Denver for 20 years and we never knew this place existed. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing, so authentic! We went with our 3 kids (13, 10 and 10), they ordered off the kids menu and loved the fettuccini Alfredo. The service was excellent, and our server, Gillian was on point. I can’t say enough good things about him. We will most definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is really nice and intimate feeling. “We were the only ones in there and was a bit skeptical at first but the pizza was so good. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and he made great recommendations. We had the enzo and the pig and cow and both were awesome. The crust was so light and crispy and pairing on the pig and cow was awesome. We aren't from the area so I was happy we stumbled upon this place and will definitely come when I visit again!“

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! “Our visit last night was not the experience I was hoping for. We have gone to Amici's for years. Our first time was way back when they were still at 53rd. and Sheridan. I had the eggplant parmesan, which was very good. I don't know if the kitchen staff changes, or what? The eggplant portion was very small, three slices of eggplant the size of a silver dollar.“

The wood-fired pizza reminded us of what we had in Venice, IT! The bar and wine list is loaded with special finds. My wife found the Paloma cocktail to be fabulous. “Hands down best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Being from South Jersey, I’ve had my fair share of cheesesteaks and this honestly may have beat any that I’ve ever had back in Jersey or Philly. Don’t let the price dissuade you, this can feed two people and you’ll both be happy! Didn’t have to add anything to it, it’s that good. I got it with American cheese & a side of fries for the Wednesday lunch special! Hard to find a good cheesesteak out here, but I will be back and I will be sending everyone I know here! “Spontaneous drop-in to check it out, Sat at the bar. Fabulous atmosphere, felt chic and classy, reminiscent of 1920s European glamour. Outstanding cocktail recommendation (Il Brigante with mezcal) and the Tuscan martini paired well with the cacio e pepe. But what was most impressive was the service. Every person we interacted with, from the hostess to the bartender to a staff member bidding us farewell, seemed calm, kind, competent, and like they actually liked their job. For that kind of environment alone would I return. We left already wanting to go back to say hi to our bartender and get the signature house made gnocchi!“

“This place is a hidden gem. The good news is there is a strip mall parking lot across the street because on street parking is scarce. The bison meatballs are excellent and the Ceasars salad is good. I had the steak with gnocchi and it was excellent! The gnocchi was home made and flavorful. My wife had the pasta rigate and the sauce was amazing and the noodles were homemade. We will be back soon to try more!!“
