The service is always joyous and convenient and I’m always excited to dry a different cocktail whenever I come. I have heard rumors that the management and chefs treat the staff well, but the sincere attitude of the entire establishment would be proof of that enough. Any neighborhood in the world would and should be proud to have a place like Sap Sua nearby (even though they are dodger and laker fans).“

“I used to live near Pho Duy on federal (which I’ve considered to be the best pho restaurant in Denver since moving here), and I have to say that since I moved to bear valley this is a close competitor if not just as tasty!! The service is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Cheaper than Pho Duy, and although I miss the family vibe of going there, this place is closer and has wifi so I can study while I’m there!

“I picked up dinner for my bro and I as he wasn't feeling well and you can't go wrong with pho when you're sick! The large portion was a good amount, although we didn't have enough broth, next time we'll ask for extra broth. The flavor was very good, you can taste the spices quite nicely. The combo rice platter was really good too, all the grilled meats tasted great, however we did run out of the chili lime sauce that comes with it. When I went to pick up the order, it was already waiting for me and everything was accurate. The staff are friendly as well. Next time I'll definitely drop by for dine in to see the difference and take some photos!“

“This is truly one of my favorite pho restaurants. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is always attentive, checking in to ensure I have everything I need. I visit at least once a week, and even my 2-year-old loves it—it’s one of their top favorite foods. My only suggestion would be to add a changing station in the restroom. Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park.

“I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! It was one of the most succulent meals I have ever tasted. The curry sauce is impeccable! The ambience is absolutely unmatched as well as the service. “Neat place for Pho, good variety of Asian fusion appetizers, entrees, they also have a Bahn mi and Biba station. Danielle’s Service was friendly and quick. I tried the grilled chicken roll which was tasty- crunchy cucumber and perfectly grilled chicken, spicy beef pho small was actually big enough quantity to take home as well. Beef was barbecued first which left a sweet taste, the jalapeño and sriracha got me where I needed to be for the spicy level. Overall a nice experience, check it out for yourself.“
