“The food is amazing! Our waitress was awesome as well. The only thing that left a sour taste in our mouth was the manager making it seem like we’re being rushed. I made a reservation a week earlier and when we showed up there was barley anyone there, the manager or owner or who ever she is said we had 1 hour and a half at max to finish our meal. This establishment is definitely not a turn and burn. If I’m spending over 25 dollars a plate I’m going to enjoy it with the feel or want to be rushed. That being said the food and our waitress definitely did not disappoint!“

Charcuterie boards artichokes spinach dip etc. It was disturbing to see the person preparing the food wearing gloves but still touching appliances and even compacting the trash with his gloved hand. Which he then continued to prepare food with.“

However, I did not send it back because it was still a high-end cut and I didn't want to waste it. Here's the amazing part... our server saw that it was over cooked and let us know she already had a new one being prepared. She did this without us even saying anything. Turned what would have been a pretty good dinner into an Outstanding experience. If you want good old fashioned great service, Cap Grill is one of the few remaining long standing gems in Denver. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

“We started coming here about a year ago for their awesome lunch sashimi specials and somehow it quickly turned into an almost-weekly tradition. Whether it’s a quick workday lunch or a full-on family feast, this place never misses.
The fish is always served at exactly the right temperature, which is surprisingly rare and makes such a difference. The spicy edamame is truly one of a kind and a must-order every time.
