“Arrived around 8:15 am and was instantly welcomed in by the manager. The food line was very clean and fresh and I was presently surprised that I was served fresh bread. Most of the time this place comes with a side of attitude but today it came with a good morning and enjoy the rest of your day. Job well done.“

The reasons not for 5 stars are the bread is really too much- almost felt like it overpowered the sandwich. Also the single serve ketchup packets are annoying if you get the frys. “I decided to get a reuben. It was a difficult decision because they an extensive menu with all my favorites. It was a great reuben, maybe the best i've had and there have been a lot. The staff was polite, friendly, and patient with me. The sandwich came out quick and the pickle for dessert was great. I can't wait to return to get a different sandwich, but I might just end up getting another reuben.“

“Many of the tables were dirty but the place was highly decorated for Halloween. If we hadn't had three hungry children with us, we wouldn't have stayed to eat. A few decorations for any holiday is appropriate, but it was impossible to even enjoy the meal due to all the decorations in every area of the store. Not every one observes that holiday and it was a deterrent for me to even consider returning to that location. If the staff spent as much time cleaning the front of the house as they did decorating I would have given another star for atmosphere. The food was good but a bit overpriced. It was more bread than ingredients. The staff was helpful and attentive to our order, but needed to pay more attention to cleaning.“

“I placed an online order at 11:46. The email confirmation said it would be ready at 12:06, when I got there they said they were busy and it would be a little while longer. I waited patiently. At 12:40 I checked on my order and asked if I can cancel since it took my entire lunch. Turns out my order was sitting back there the entire time. I get its lunch hour but I was sitting near the front the entire time.“

Their online ordering portal is really good, the staff were friendly, and our orders was 100% accurate. I was very pleased and look forward to having this place again next visit to Colorado, I will be back.“

“We've been regular customers of yours (great sandwiches!) and I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees who was working the lunch shift today. I think someone else had called in sick and they weren't able to find anyone else to come in - There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers and your staff busted a gut to make everyone's sandwiches as fast as humanly possible! Plus they were super nice and friendly, even under extra pressure. The girl that was working (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) was especially sweet and just working as hard as she could. “Not the best Potbelly store, but still pretty good. They tend to section out ingredients in uneven vertical chunks so one bite is a chunk of onions, another tomato, another only pickle. The staff is friendly but they often look worried and overwhelmed, kinda seems like it's mostly run by teenagers. If they trained up a little bit more, this could be great“

“I walk inside to a very warm greeting to a red haired woman by the name of Cori. Extremely polite and professional, very intuitive and listened to what I wanted. Never once did I have to repeat myself. Made a bit of small talk while she was in the process of making my sandwich and before you know it... the process was done and I was on my way out the door.
Thank you for being professional and friendly, this is extremely hard to find these days unless they are paid management.

“I had the best service ever at the subway. I had a wonderful sandwich ; the buffalo chicken. It was so very fresh and tasty. A young man, Isaiah, who was very friendly and courteous suggested toppings for the sandwich. The chocolate cookies and the cheesecake cookies were excellent, tasty fresh and soft. The jalepeno bread was really good. His coworker Rihanna also assisted with our sandwiches , and she was very friendly. These young people have a lot of responsibility and seemed to take it very seriously. They were very busy cleaning and putting things away. At times when you go to fast foods restaurants, the tables and flours are all dirty ; but that was not so at this facility.
My granddaughter also had a sandwich and it was made to perfection.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere it was quiet the music wasn't blaring.
