“I love this place, by far the best of the Deli Zones. The lady who is often working the front counter is sooo kind. She’s always throwing extra stuff in and when she takes your order she’s always on the lookout to make your sandwich the best it can be. For example if I want no tomato’s she offers to sub the garlic spread or if I want no egg she offers an extra sausage patty in its place. Not sure of any other places that will do that. They all rock in there. The food is delicious as well, but had to shout out how awesome she is.“

“I love Snarfs. The Louisville location is decent except for a few things.
One - The sandwiches don't have nearly enough meat in them
Two - The staff are friendly but sometimes forgetful (we ordered a gluten free for an allergy and noticed that the ticket didn't say gluten free so we had to remind them)
Three - The atmosphere is not that good, the new lighting is terrible (gives me a headache), the seats are crammed together and the bathrooms are straight up gross.

I would definitely recommend the boulder location over this one, but as I live nearby to this location I mostly come here.“

“Ordered DoorDash from Ike’s two days ago. It was so good! Had the Meatless Mikes and the Friendsgiving on sourdough subs. Show stoppers! Stopped in tonight and my husband went in to order. Ordered the same thing. Got it home and they were both good. My Friendsgiving sub wasn’t Friendsgiving. It was the Easter bunny (vegan version) meatless turkey and no stuffing. Super disappointed. I’ll definitely give it another try but at $15 a pop at least make what we ordered and if you don’t have it, say so.“

“We've been regular customers of yours (great sandwiches!) and I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees who was working the lunch shift today. I think someone else had called in sick and they weren't able to find anyone else to come in - There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers and your staff busted a gut to make everyone's sandwiches as fast as humanly possible! Plus they were super nice and friendly, even under extra pressure. The girl that was working (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) was especially sweet and just working as hard as she could. “You'll have to write up your own order on numbered paper bags. Seemed a lot of work. Tried to recreate a Greek gyros. Got gyros meat, cukecumber, red onion slivers, tzaziki and happily added hummus. Good but not great. Yummy white buns. Hard to find a reason to tip, as only a cashier reads your bag, and you use that bag for cleaning up your table. So did not tip the sandwich maker.“

I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. Much appreciated Vida.

“The women who run this location are phenomenal and this is easily the best subway in the United States.

Every sub is made picturesque and with care that is rare to find in this fast paced, corner cutting world. They take care to keep the glass lowered when not in use, keep the sub assembling area clean, and make sure the toppings aren't spilling into other toppings. Every interaction is kind, respectful, and professional, treating customers like actual humans and not just a faceless order. I've been to Subways in 5 different countries and 20 US states... this level of pride is rare to see in US subway locations. There are 7 subways between my work and home, but I skip all the others just to come here in the evening.“

“I walk inside to a very warm greeting to a red haired woman by the name of Cori. Extremely polite and professional, very intuitive and listened to what I wanted. Never once did I have to repeat myself. Made a bit of small talk while she was in the process of making my sandwich and before you know it... the process was done and I was on my way out the door.

“Jimmy John's is the only place I've found that is consistent in it's quality that's also affordable. The only reason THIS store didn't get five stars had nothing to do with the food. A worker sprayed window cleaner directly onto the glass instead of on the rag and that's a no no when people are eating. I didn't say anything, I just moved to another table. Not a big issue, but simple cleaning rules are there for a reason. If their tables had umbrellas on them I would have ate outside and avoided the problem altogether. Again, no other place other than high priced fine dining can give you consistency like Jimmy John's and even then it's all according to who's cooking at the time.“

“Me and my girlfriend walked in upset at each other and super hangry. Once we got there, all the produce was fresh and organized and I was so appealed. The worker taking our order was patient and super sweet and helpful. She wasn’t stingy with the sauces and made sure to add decent amount of product on our sandwiches. The cookies were nice and warm and soft and I could probably say that this sandwich was the best sandwich i’ve ever had in my whole life compared to other subways . It was so good that it put me and my girlfriend in a good mood right after the first bite. Great service and great food.“
