“I can't stop going back to this place! Extremely good and authentic Mexican food with prices that can't be beaten anywhere in the Springs or in most places for that matter. You can't find authentic Mexican food at this price anywhere unless you travel to Mexico. It's as good as any taco truck but 1/3 of the price. It's insane but don't take my word for it if you don't believe me. I'll gladly keep going here and keepnit all to myself. The staff and cooks are amazing and I always tip them because I feel bad leaving knowing what I'm getting at this price. I always recommend this place to everyone because it's mind blowing and especially for what you pay.
Portions are extremely generous and I dare you to find a place that gives more fresh and authentic Mexican food for the price because it really can't be beat. I've been to another Mexican restaurant and found an entire wire from a grill brush in my burrito. That never happened at Rochas and I eat here a lot. 10 stars if I could. This is how a restaurant should be. I'll always come back.“

My family got to try a few different things like their beef tacos, tacos del carbon, chalupas (this is 10x better than the Taco Bell chalupa you likely are imagining) and enchiladas. “Wow. This is what I kept saying to myself over and over. For starters we got the molé wings. If you haven’t had molé you need to. It’s a chocolate cinnamon mix that is easily one of my favorite things about Mexican cuisine. These guys nailed it. The wings were fully coated in molé and cooked perfectly.For mains we got the Pablo papardelle and cochinita pibil tacos. Anyone that knows fresh pasta and tortillas knows that there’s a fresh taste that comes with both that you can’t get premade. Both the tortillas and pasta were incredible. The Alamo sauce and corn had the perfect blend of spicy and sweet from the corn. The tacos were so freaking amazing. I had never had cochinita pinup and it didn’t disappoint. The habanero slaw was the perfect addition to the taco and the fresh masa was chefs kiss.To top it all off we got the flan. Normally my wife and I are not a fan of flan, but this was perfect. It wasn’t runny. Very firm and flavorful, and the berries it came with were the perfect compliment to the dish. All in all a true 10/10. The chef and his wife are great people and the waiter made us feel special and at home. I can’t wait to share this place with my friends.“

I visited the restaurant regularly as a DoorDash driver before I tried it myself. They are popular, as they should be.
Customer service very polite, happy, and professional. I used drive thru, Food was prepared faster than the average 2024 Taco Bell, and each chiltepin burrito is probably 3x bigger than the average tacos bells. Plus better quality and flavors, obviously.

Excited to visit them again ASAP.
