50 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Fort Collins

“My family has been vegan for over a decade and this restaurant has been our favorite since 2014! Recently I discovered I could buy their vegan cakes. I got one for my son's birthday and it was almost 50% cheaper and 50% better than any vegan cakes we got around Fort Collins in the previous years, both at bakeries and private cake makers. When we ordered it, they were incredibly kind and let my son talk at length when deciding on the flavor combination. The all experience was a delight. To top it all, we also found out that the new owner started profit sharing and 401-ks for all the employees. This is the way to treat workers and make a place thrive. Way to go! “My boyfriend and I had a date night last night (10.03.25) at The Still! It was not our first time, but it was the first time we had been there with a dinner special. I ordered the Ribeye with the veal demi-glacé and the brussel sprouts with the blue cheese balsamic… I don’t even like Brussel sprouts but something told me to try this plate and I was NOT disappointed. I was so impressed with the meal. My only regret was that I couldn’t order it again right away. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long while. Genius idea. Plating was incredible. Also, I got the burnt honey crème brûlée for dessert and I got the best, most satisfying crack out of it. It was sooo good. And my Peach, Please! cocktail was so on point, I got two. “Zac- Fantastic Malachi and Ryan- Incredible Entire staff- Amazing Food and drink- Wonderful Mocktail menu- 10/10 I was there the other night when a girl was on a bad date, the staff moved her over to a safe space and kept an eye on her and the situation while tending to the entire restaurant until her date left. This place is more than a one and done, the people care about you, you are safe, and everything is worth coming back for!“

Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!“

“On a business trip from Washington, my boss brought me here for lunch on the first day.... then the 2nd day, and 3rd. Today is my 8th day in town, and I've only not had lunch here maybe two of the days. I've tried the wraps, the salads, and had a variety of each and EVERYTHING has been amazing. Clean lobby, fresh food, smiling employees. The staff has been incredibly cool, they remember us, are helpful to a newbie, and didn't judge me once when I always said no onions! Today, they're giving away a FREE Celsius drink with lunch, which just happens to be my favorite. Not sure how they did it, but now I love them and this place even more! Whether you live here or are visiting; I highly encourage you to stop by and try em out! 10/10 I may fly back to Colorado just to visit them and have lunch!“

“The water in the bathroom faucet is so soft. Idk how else to describe it. It feels like the air dryer blowing on hands, its so nice ive never felt any water like it. Very comfortable go wash your hands there, buy some wine or a beer as well“

“For any of the reviews that are saying less than stellar, y’all must’ve gone to the wrong place!! On our four day vacation we had breakfast here three days. The food is so good, servings are huge and the service is above reproach. We had rachel every time by pure chance and she was amazing!“

“Solid pub fare, but the standout was the service and the ciders. Liam, the GM, was fantastic. He was on his own at the bar, but didn't fail to greet us with a smile when we came in, and was quick to help us whenever we approached the bar. Scrumpy's is the home of Summit Ciders, and theirs are fantastic. There really is something for every palate. Liam convinced us (it didn't take much) to try a flight of all 16 ciders for $28, which is a great value as a separate flight of 8 is $17. Each taster is good for several sips, and since we were heading back home to SD, we didn't need any other drink with our meal. We took several ciders home with us, and if they didn't have any 4-packs left they were able to provide a choice of growlers or growlettes. Liam was again amazing, juggling our cider order while helping other customers, and still helped us bring some of our ciders to our car. He even threw in a couple of cute stickers with their hedgehog logo, and some BOGO cocktail cards. We'll definitely have to try their cider based cocktails when we inevitably return.“

“If you are in NoCo and want delicious Indian food, come here! The prices are beyond reasonable especially for how HUGE the portions are! The staff is friendly, our food arrived quickly and was hot & fresh, and the restaurant itself was extremely clean, with an inviting atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor dining, and a ton of vegan & vegetarian options if that’s what you prefer :) we will definitely be back to try the lamb & goat next time!“

“We used Mary’s Mountain Cookies for our wedding desert. We had about 75 guests at our wedding. Our guests and we loved Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even made the almond glazed sugar cookies into hearts for our guests. We had it as a grab and go station instead of doing the typical wedding cake and it worked out perfectly. Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.“
