50 Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Fort Collins

“My family has been vegan for over a decade and this restaurant has been our favorite since 2014! Recently I discovered I could buy their vegan cakes. I got one for my son's birthday and it was almost 50% cheaper and 50% better than any vegan cakes we got around Fort Collins in the previous years, both at bakeries and private cake makers. When we ordered it, they were incredibly kind and let my son talk at length when deciding on the flavor combination. The all experience was a delight. To top it all, we also found out that the new owner started profit sharing and 401-ks for all the employees. This is the way to treat workers and make a place thrive. Way to go!“

This place is more than a one and done, the people care about you, you are safe, and everything is worth coming back for!“

“We went here for our anniversary and had a great meal. We tried the crabcakes appetizer, excellent, ribeye's and baked potatoes also excellent, even split a piece of cheesecake to finish things off. Every thing was great. I can't forget to mention our server, Tony. He provided the best service and even though he had a table of 16 come in after we ordered, he still found time to come back and check on us. This might be one of the best places I've ever had a meal. Thanks for a great evening.“

“7-day a week Happy Hour from 4 pm to 6 pm -- Woo Hoo! Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!“

“This is our new neighborhood pizza spot...and it's right next door to Elevation 5003 Distillery, so what's not to like about that?! Listen, this place is not fancy...but who cares?...pizza's not fancy. Raymond and his family are amazing hosts who clearly love hospitality and pizza. We've had the Margherita, the more traditional cheese pie and the Detroit-style. All were delicious! We felt like we were back on the East Coast eating NY pizza...but the people around us were friendly. (No offense to my fellow NY/NJ peeps, but you know what I mean.)“

“We have tried six or seven dishes over the last couple months. Everything has been fantastic. Soups, curries, fried rice and noodle dishes all have great textures, flavors and presentation. Before warned that even the mild spice level is fairly hot by American standards. On their spice level range, Sriracha sauce doesn't even register.
We ate there once, but the stark, open dining room is not very inviting. Pick up is quick and efficient. Service has always been fast and very friendly and helpful.“

“If you are in NoCo and want delicious Indian food, come here! The prices are beyond reasonable especially for how HUGE the portions are! The staff is friendly, our food arrived quickly and was hot & fresh, and the restaurant itself was extremely clean, with an inviting atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor dining, and a ton of vegan & vegetarian options if that’s what you prefer :) we will definitely be back to try the lamb & goat next time!“

“Solid pub fare, but the standout was the service and the ciders. Liam, the GM, was fantastic. He was on his own at the bar, but didn't fail to greet us with a smile when we came in, and was quick to help us whenever we approached the bar. Scrumpy's is the home of Summit Ciders, and theirs are fantastic. There really is something for every palate. Liam convinced us (it didn't take much) to try a flight of all 16 ciders for $28, which is a great value as a separate flight of 8 is $17. Each taster is good for several sips, and since we were heading back home to SD, we didn't need any other drink with our meal. We took several ciders home with us, and if they didn't have any 4-packs left they were able to provide a choice of growlers or growlettes. Liam was again amazing, juggling our cider order while helping other customers, and still helped us bring some of our ciders to our car. He even threw in a couple of cute stickers with their hedgehog logo, and some BOGO cocktail cards. We'll definitely have to try their cider based cocktails when we inevitably return.“
