“I love their coffee. Way better than Starbucks and better price. Unfortunately on 4-21-24 I went into drive thru around 12:54 pm and when I was about to order my drink the lady attending the place told me over the speaker that they were getting ready to close! I was like okay. Drove away empty handed!

If your hours of operation says Sunday closes at 1pm I’m assuming You close right at 1pm. Not at 12:54. 6 minutes should be enough time to make a couple of drinks right!

I hope the owners sees this and talks to his employees!“

“Nice little hidden gem in Firestone. If you’re looking to expand your tastes and want to try something different give them a try. The Banh mi is excellent, coming from someone who grew up eating this stuff. Part of me wishes they’d expand their menu but you do what you know best and they are doing that. Kind, friendly owners who at least on my case remember you even after one visit. That to me says a lot about them. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.“

“I had one of those moments today that completely restores your faith in people and customer service. I placed a pickup order through the drive-thru and, when I pulled up, realized I had accidentally ordered from the wrong Dutch Bros location. I mentioned it at the window, fully expecting to have to cancel, reorder, or pull off to the side since I was already running late for work.

Instead, the young man at the window smiled and said, “No worries, we’ll just make the drinks anyway.” I had ordered three drinks, and he made all of them without hesitation and without charging me again, saying I had already paid. No stress. No awkwardness. Just genuine kindness.

It honestly made my entire day. I was in a rush, a little flustered, and that simple act of grace meant more than he probably realizes. I work in the service industry myself, so I know what true hospitality looks like, and this was it. This is exactly the kind of service I try to teach my own team: meet people with understanding, flexibility, and a good heart.

I don’t know his name, but he was working the window just a few minutes ago today, and I truly hope this review gets back to him. “Just now went through the drive through and the employee working it made my awful day so so much better. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?! I was having a really bad day and that flipped it around. Thank you so much drive through employee whose name deserved to be caught but was not!!“
