“There aren’t many places to eat in Franktown, so this restaurant could get by on mediocre food and service if they wanted to. But no way, not El Cerrito! They are doing something great over here! I work nearby and have been here many times now. The food is always fresh, fast, and hot! The place is spotless and always smells like Fabuloso! The service is friendly and fast and helpful! 10/10 don’t hesitate stopping in here. Bonus that their prices are still reasonable like before 2020!“
“Sitting here now for 10 minutes first table into the outside area. 2 other tables have been sat and served before us. Maybe the food and service when we get it will make up for the start.Updated the waiter finally showed just under 15 minutes. He apologized for the wait and took our order. The food came out of the kitchen very fast, we just beat the dinner rush. The food was homemade, but not the greatest around.“
“You don't go here for the for the atmosphere - you go for the food. I went for the bacon breakfast burrito which was delicious! Next time I'll try the chorizo. When I arrived, there was only one other person there but within 5 minutes it was packed! Food took a little bit to prepare but it's was fresh and steaming hot. Highly recommended ?“
“Pollo Eats is everything that you would want in a little taqueria. Great service (and friendly staff). Great atmosphere. But most importantly, great burritos. We tried both the Al pastor and the carnitas, and recommend both. Definitely get them smothered....the green chile is outstanding. The negatives that I have are small. 1. The chair (metal stools actually) suck 2. This might be a personal pet peeve, and just bad luck with how my burrito was rolled...but it was rolled up with all the meat in one side. We will certainly be back to Pollo eats. The chips and salsa were great ! Warm chips is always a great touch. We got the guacamole too. It was good, but too expensive to recommend.“
“Stopped in for breakfast burritos for the first time a couple weeks ago. Decided to try dinner tonight. Best Mexican food in Castle Rock. What a gem. This restaurant doesn’t have all the big hype like the big two in the Promenade. It has something better. Authentic and delicious tasting food. Can’t believe I drove past this place a couple hundred times without stopping in. Don’t make the same mistake I did.“
“Delicious, reliable and budget friendly option for catering. Highly recommend this location. Catered last year for a party and catered again this year. The quality has not changed. Would cater again and again. Thank you for helping make our party such a success year after year!“
“What can I say about this place? Amazing food, amazing service, and great atmosphere. Plenty of options to choose from. Does get busy after 4pm-ish. Went here twice and will continue to go back.Parking: Limited parking space at the restaurant, but plenty of street parking.“
“Just come, this is the best taco I’ve had in a long time. I am in love with this place. I cannot express to you how obsessed I am with their food. Don’t even question it just turn in, the owner is also an angel!! 10000/10*Edit*I’ve been here 4 more times since my last response and it’s been just as amazing. This has to be the best Mexican food I’ve had in CO. The owner is so awesome!! I am ADDICTED!!!*Second Edit*I have been trying the breakfast here since I’ve been eating their normal menu for a few weeks now and their breakfast is SOOO GOOOD. We got the breakfast tacos and I got a breakfast quesadilla with chorizo and bacon and it was heaven. I love this place! The people here are so nice and amazing!“
“My wife and I love this place! We always get the chimichangas with rice and beans, which is a ton of food. Quiet atmosphere and usually not a wait even on the weekends. Haven't been here yet and you live in Parker... what's wrong with you!?! Ha! Enjoy!“
“I love this place! Everything is always really flavorful, but I love adding the hot sauces. My favorite server Allie always makes sure everything is perfect! Wish they would bring in a vegan taco with tofu or something, but they always make do with what they have on hand.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, quesadillas, beans and rice, flexible and fast.“
“Wonderful breakfast, brunch & lunch spot! Loved sitting in old church pews. We had the mimosa flight, which was a large amount of champagne ?Pancakes were amazing! All of our food was terrific. It’s crowded—come early or later before closing. Highly recommend ✅“

“Our local Fuzzy's has become a weekly habit! The food is consistently good and Adrianna takes good care of us. That makes the atmosphere pleasant and inviting.Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten-free, and there are lots of options for me at Fuzzy's.“
“the Staff! 3 of us ladies came in for lunch today, 7/13, after not seeing one another for 20 some years. Emily was our waitress and was so sweet AND patient! April! Amazing and funny! Thank you ALL for tolerating us and being such great Hosts! we will be back!“
“Not sure if it's due to cost cutting or new cooks, but the burritos have definitely not been good lately. Tried to change it up a bit and it seems like all burritos are the same, mostly rice with two pieces of whatever meat you choose. Today I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and got a rice and bean burrito.“
“Love Roldofo the server. Always hapoy and making jokes. Such a good time when he is my server. The food is always amazing and the marks are to die for!!! Love this place hope it never goes out of business and hope Roldofo gets a raise. He deserves it!!!“
“I recommend getting breakfast burritos. They're perfect. Not too greasy or runny. It's just the right amt of juicy and spice. Plus they are edible while driving, wrapped perfectly. Bought some for my whole office staff and everyone was “
“This is the most authentic Mexican food I've probably had in Colorado. Amazing and sweet people who work here as well so You can't go wrong! Also, make sure to get the pineapple salsa if you can handle some heat ?. I'll definitely be back once or twice! Or 100 times ?“
“It's hard to find good Mexican food in Parker and this place was amazing. Food was delicious, one of the best margaritas I've had in a very long time and the service and Staff was friendly and amazing as well. Great spot for great authentic Mexican. We know Mexican food and this place in Parker is it!“
“The tacos Al Pastor and Al Carbon were both really good. We asked for queso dip and it came really fast and tasted like you would get it at a sporting event, mass produced out of a giant can. We are use to Los Dos queso which is delicious. Other than that I have no complaints and just recommend you stay away from queso if you like authentic homemade queso.“
“Decided to try a New Mexican place for dinner, and couldn’t have been happier! Our server Jasmine was fantastic, super friendly and made sure our first experience was worth while. The Al Pastor Tacos absolutely wonderful ? the dessert was I believe called “Gorditas” which consisted of their sopapillas, churros and ice cream ? soo yummy! Will definitely be going back!“
“Las Delicias Parker is our go to Mexican restaurant! The staff is incredible and they are so nice. The service is fast and food comes out quickly so it’s a great place to eat with kids. We have been going here for 15+ years and will continue to in years to come!“
“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“
“We were having our baby at the hospital nearby, and when we placed our order to go, the staff was so awesome and accommodating, and sent us a handwritten letter congratulating us on our baby and threw in a free entrée. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture, and they won over a customer for life. Customer service was above and beyond.“
“It's a great spot for a great plate of nachos. It's well priced, the staff are friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's no wonder Yolanda's has been able to survive the rapidly changing landscape in Castle Rock for so long.“
“Hands down the best qdoba I’ve ever been to. The staff on Wednesday night honestly made my night walking in being greeted by everyone, in high spirits. I love the food but the experience alone elevated it to a new level. Thank you all much and keep rocking“
“Whoever's on morning shift wednesday the 3rd is putting in work! My only suggestion is to drizzle a little bit of the sauce from the adovada on the meat and eggs while it cooks! I used to work there back in the day ;) keep it up though my man! Good “
“The food was very tasty. The service was some of the best service I have received at any restaurant here in Parker. They were so friendly and personable. I will definitely be going again and bringing my friends and family that come to visit here. I wasn’t a huge fan of the margarita, but everything else was amazing!“
