“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a friendly restaurant with quality food at a reasonable price.“

“Casa Mata has the best margaritas, food, and service. We tried the other Parker Casa Mari***i and that place was terrible in food, service and drinks. Casa Mata is far superior and better pricing. The bar area is our preference, Coronarita, bean dip, salsa and birria tacos *chef's kiss* Also, if you want extra spice, just ask and they will accommodate! 🫶🏼“

“The food is really really good but we have been here three times and have had Laney as our server for two of the visits. She is absolutely amazing! Extremely attentive, personable, good with kids, and knowledgeable of the dishes. Really hope you choose to experience the establishment and as a bonus, get Laney as your server.“

“I absolutely love Mexican food, and this place never disappoints! Every time I’ve been here, I’ve left happy. The food and margaritas are delicious, the staff is always so friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. We’re fortunate to have so many great choices here in Castle Rock, but this is definitely one of my favorites. Highly recommend giving them a try! 🌮🍹“

“Delicious Mexican cuisine in downtown Parker. Cencalli has two locations and I have been to the Parker one twice now. They offer great breakfast, lunch & dinner options along with a full bar. Parker is in an older house with outdoor patio, indoor and bar area with stools. The restaurant is clean and the service was good. My server Angel was friendly and helpful. I tried the maracuya (passion fruit) aguas frescas. Since they are a bit sweet I asked for seltzer water making it fizzy and wonderful. For my entree I chose the surf and turf costra tacos. They come three to an order and are packed with grilled steak asada, grilled shrimp, sauteed onions, guacamole, rice, esquite (corn with cheese, mayo, lime and other spices) and salsa macha. The It is made with oil, chile de arbol and sesame seeds. It was something I haven't tried before and used on the tacos and rice. The taco entree was $24 and very filling. Que delicioso!
Cencalli offers street parking and a reserved lot for businesses nearby. The restroom was clean and well maintained.“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“My first time at this location, stopped during a day trip to the Springs. Have to say, the breakfast burritos were better than the ones I get in Denver. Place was packed! Recommend drove through for faster service as going in to the restaurant can be a longer wait. Will definitely be stopping by on my next trip to the springs.“
“My favorite breakfast burrito in Parker. Inside has crispy potatoes, plenty of egg, cheese, and meat. Perfect amount of green chile, not too dry and not pouring out everywhere. The tortilla is perfectly cooked, both toasted and soft. Julio does a great job, and I’m thankful this truck is in town.“

“As soon as my husband and I came into the store, they everyone was very busy. Daisy greeted us as we approached the line. Said that they were prepping some online orders and it will be just a minute. Was great that she had the forethought and curiosity to let us know instead of ignoring other customers because they were slammed. We will definitely be going back.“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“We tried this restaurant in our quest to try as many different restaurants in Parker as possible. However, the taste felt a bit short. It was okay, just nothing to write home about.
We had 2 of the combination meals. You can basically get a mix of three items from a beef hard shell taco, a cheese enchilada, a bean burrito, a tostada, and a chile relleno or a tamale. If you want to switch any of them to chicken or soft tacos or basically make any modifications it's $1 extra per item.
The prices were good, and they seasoned to the chicken well (that we upgraded to).
The chips and salsa are complementary and the chips are really good, but the salsa is not spicy at all.“

“Food quality and quantity depends on who makes today. One time food was delicious and good size, other time the grilled chicken was burnt. I love how they have the caffeine free diet Coke, I thought I was the only one who drinks that stuff but seeing that here is cool. Workers are nice.“
