“We live in Castle Rock and are thankful our son discovered Dos Amigos. We took a close friend there last night. As usual, the food was excellent and at the best pricing we have found in Castle Rock. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and goes out of their way to make certain their guests are taken care of. “Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“Growing up in Colorado, as a kid, we always ate at the original location in Brighton. In my opinion people who didn’t grow up in Colorado or haven’t lived in Colorado for a long time don’t really understand the hype surrounding good Colorado style green chili— I now live in Texas where we have nothing of the sort, and no matter where you travel, nothing quite compares to Santiago’s green chili. It’s totally unique to the Front Range. I was thrilled to see a location in Castle Rock while I was driving from Texas to northern Colorado for a funeral. This location was great! Don’t come here if you’re expecting a 5 star restaurant. Santiago’s is not, and never has been, a fancy sit down restaurant. It’s a good, cheap, fast food/fast casual place to go for burritos and a small selection of other items. I wouldn’t consider it “traditional” Mexican food, it’s more a Colorado style Mexican place. One of a kind, give it a try!“

“My favorite breakfast burrito in Parker. Inside has crispy potatoes, plenty of egg, cheese, and meat. Perfect amount of green chile, not too dry and not pouring out everywhere. The tortilla is perfectly cooked, both toasted and soft. Julio does a great job, and I’m thankful this truck is in town.“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“

“My husband introduced me to this restaurant a few years ago as he used to always go here as a kid with his family. Back then, it was called “Las Delicias.” We’ve go a here several times and the food is incredible, service is very attentive & fast and the chips & salsa is addicting - not too spicy and not too mild. We love the ground beef tacos too! We could eat here every night!!“

“Our Littleton Angies was closed today, so went to castle rock instead. The food was awful. Bottled salad dressing, watery spaghetti sauce and very bland meatball. Will never assume the two Angie restaurants are equal. Littleton is far superior in every way. Never again 0 stars. If restaurant wasn't so far away. I would have taken it back. Instead I fed it to my garbage disposal.“
