“TL;DR: Great food and exceptional service made the wait completely worth it.

I had a really good experience at Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse. It was obvious they were dealing with staffing issues during my visit, but the bartender absolutely carried the front of the house. He was friendly, attentive, and checked on everyone regularly despite clearly juggling far more than one person should have been expected to handle. I overheard him explaining to another table that the cook had called out, so the shift manager had stepped into the kitchen to keep everything running.

Considering the circumstances, the team did an impressive job. The food came out looking fantastic and tasted just as good. It did take a little longer than my previous visit, but knowing they were short staffed, I didn't mind the extra wait. Everyone remained professional, and the quality of the food never suffered.

The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the staff made the best of what could have easily been a stressful situation. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about giving good service even when things don't go according to plan. I'll definitely be back.“

“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.“

“I hosted a bridal shower with fellow teaching friends for the happy hour time and between the amazing wine on happy hour and service, the shower turned out better than I could have imagined and within a very reasonable budget! They allowed me to bring in cupcakes, flowers and frames of the couple! The host memorized all of our names as well! He was so personal and hospitable!“

“Edit: Business made it right a few days later, so bumping my review up to 4 stars assuming the bartender was having an off day.

Fun vibe and good pizza, unfortunately paired with the most incompetent bartender I’ve ever encountered in my 32 years on this planet. The guy who served us lost my credit card while changing a keg to fulfill our order, 3 minutes later he acts as if he has never seen us in his life. Claims he couldn’t possibly have my credit card because “they don’t keep cards” before finding it a few minutes later behind the bar.

Later on I ask to close out, he walks away for 20 seconds to check the POS, comes back and asks the person next to me who is a different gender, different hair color, and about a foot shorter than me “were you the one who just asked me to close out?” I wave him over and was asked to clarify my name and provide my card AGAIN, which must’ve then been used to open another tab unbeknownst to me. Now I’m leaving an unclosed tab at this bar with an extremely common last name. Lo and behold a couple days pass and clearly some randos (possibly with the same last name) must’ve charged drinks to our tab, since my wife and I ordered exactly 4 regular draft beers, but have $100+ in charges across multiple transactions from this unserious establishment“

“Spent an afternoon with friends enjoying a cabana. We had attentive and speedy service and our glasses were never empty. They offer a variety of cocktails (frozen drinks too!) and a much bigger menu than I expected. The pizzas were 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!“

“The smoked brisket had a nice bark and wasn't overloaded with sauce, which I appreciated. Mac and cheese was creamy and actually held its own next to the meat. Small dining room so it gets crowded when the rush starts, and conversations kind of blend together into one big wall of noise.“

The service was great! The waitress was kind, made suggestions when asked about items, and checked in regularly. She also brought my purse to my car without us realizing I'd left it.

“It only took me 3 years of living in Parker to realize that this location existed. Gotta love Parry's (with an A, FYI, gets me every time). Wait times are non-existent here at this joint.

Indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff at this little location are fantastic and always at the ready. Believe-you-me, the Uncle Sam pizza is the perfect delish combo and always comes out piping hot.“

“I stopped in Denver on my way to Iowa. My son loves wings so he looked up this place so that we could have lunch. We ordered wings and a cocktail. Both cocktails were refreshing! The wings were on point. I ordered the buffalo bleu, and can say that I have not had better flavor. I will keep this in my locations and revisit again next year. My son ate all 18 of his wings.“

“We had a wonderful stay at the Rally. But it didn’t start off perfect. We had an issue where the pool wasn’t available, which was a big disappointment for our kids. However, the manager James did everything possible to make the stay magical despite the issue. He was thoughtful and helpful with coming up with a solution that worked well for us. We really enjoyed the OG restaurant on property which had delicious food and huge portions. The hotel itself has many interesting architectural details. The location perfect for Rockies and Nuggets games as well. Very pleased with our room (King Suite), the location, and the staff!!“

“Went here while waiting for my oldest to get his hair dreaded - so a brief walk from 28th and Colorado blvd to 28th and Fairfax.

Everyone was kind, the menu is easy to read, and there is a nice selection to choose from.

Tron Legacy was playing on their tv- bonus points for that. I had a meat lovers slice and it was very well made.

My table was clean as was the rest of the place. And upon leaving, another employee was very kind and thanked me for coming.

I’d definitely haunt my way back there. I highly recommend!“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“This is one of my favorite places in Denver. Get the Froze - trust me. It will become your go to drink. The beet hummus is delicious. There isn't a great view of the mountains, but the atmosphere is still good. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, even when they are adequately staffed, but it's still a great scene and perfect place to bring out of town guests.“
