“This Starbucks was ok. I'm pretty sure something had just gone down in their coffee shop moments before I got there. There was a weird vibe when my husband & I walked in. There was a spilt drink on the floor, and the staff was cleaning up. I ordered, the staff did say hi, but that was it. Didn't even call my name for my drink. I probably won't be back to this location, not because of experience, but I don't live close at all. My drink was delicious.“
“It's so GREAT ? when you feel the service is MORE than just a job, isn't it? The crew at this location cohesively worked together and showed this 'above and beyond' service, and we felt like an important aspect of their being there to serve!! High fives to the Team working, around 5pm. K&T ?Oh yes, and, the bathrooms were clean✨
Parking: Careful, one way lanes in parking lot, but many people ignoring the direction, putting others at risk?“
“Nice, big area to meet friends for coffee. No smiles from the barista but realize they are busy with drive up.
Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant so provided with options. Soy or coconut milk.
Parking: Quite a few spots for parking. I don't ever have trouble finding a spot.“
“Special shoutout to the Starbucks crew — especially Cristiaan the store manager — Tania/Bri/Britney too.
Been working on some exciting projects, and for the past month and a half, I’ve spent 20+ hours a week here. What I’ve seen? Care that goes way beyond coffee. This team makes eye contact, remembers names, checks in, and treats people like they matter — consistently. I watched them help an elderly woman to her car after she lost her footing. No hesitation, just heart.
There’s a vibe here — and Cristiaan, you’re at the center of it. Respect.
Huge kudos to the whole team. This location is different. Special.

“It was all my fault, and they helped!
Today I was so excited to stop by Starbucks! It’s the day after Thanksgiving, so we are officially in the Christmas season! I had been dreaming of that decadent Caramel Brûlée latte engulfing my taste buds, and then sliding down my esophagus into my tummy! Sounds quite yummy if I do say so myself. The young lady working the drive-through and I spoke about the wonderful day, and how she hadn’t seen me in a while. I had been around, but we just hadn’t seen one another. I loved that she remembered me! I am a BIG beautiful man with a love for Starbucks, they are just the best!
I got home, and the anticipation was growing. I could smell that delicious Caramel Brûlée latte as the sweet aroma filled my home. I put the latte down, threw off my coat, and disaster struck…. What could it be?
My coat grabbed the delicious decadent Caramel Brûlée latte and tumbled it to the floor.
As I stood there in awe, I started crying. How could this happen? It had been what felt like an aeon since a caramel brûlée latte had kissed my lips. However, I couldn’t let disaster win! My name is Ryan, and I am a BIG beautiful man who also just happens to love Starbucks! I can’t let this one mistake ruin my day!
I pulled myself from self-defeat, and used Mel Robbins’ 5-second rule to move forward.
5…4…3…2…1… GO!
I grabbed microfiber clothes and cleaned up the mess. I literally got down on the floor (something that beautiful men don’t often do) and wiped up the Caramel Brûlée latte. However, this only made my desire bigger. The sweet aroma filled my nose, and dopamine started firing off in my brain. I thought to myself, I want that Caramel brûlée Latte, I want it badly. I want it in my mouth, I’m feeling caffeine-deficient.
What to do? Oh yes! My friends at Starbucks are wonderful people! They don’t just make delicious coffee, they are also delightful to conduct business with. I know what I need to do.
I jumped into my Honda and careened back to Starbucks. I jumped out of the car and started skipping into the store! I have friends that work there! They will help me out!
I got to the counter, my tears had dried. I explained that I was so excited to drink my delicious Caramel Brûlée latte, and that I accidentally spilled it all over the floor. Now that I think about it, I should have swum in the latte that spilled on the floor rather than cleaning it up.
The baristas commented, “Are you sure you didn’t just want to see us again?” GUILTY! I do love them!
The Starbucks team helped me out and replaced my delicious Caramel Brûlée Latte!
I got home with my replaced latte, and the true holiday season had started. My tummy was full, my body was energized, and my emotions were filled with joy and happiness, and it’s all thanks to this Starbucks crew!
Thank you, Arapahoe and Syracuse Starbucks!
Your friend, Ryan!“
“A heartfelt thank you to Starbucks from all of us at Canyon Creek Elementary PTO! Though this review may come a bit late, we want to express how much we truly appreciate you. Your generosity made our hardworking teachers so happy they felt extra special during the holidays! They loved all the all the coffee and tea! We are incredibly grateful for your support! Working with you, Vangie was a pleasure, and you made the entire process so easy. Your staff was so amazing and nice (Allyssa and Gabby) Thank you once again. We are sorry that the review is late but we are so thankful!“
“Always clean and they make the drinks well. Very nice staff, working as hard and as fast as they can. They're always understaffed for how busy the store gets, but that's just how Starbucks runs their stores. I just really wish they were open later though. Maybe I'm the weird one for wanting a latte at 4pm?“
“Large standalone Starbucks with the usual foods and drinks. The coffee is generally strong and good.
Service was very good. It was fast, accurate and polite. Given how busy it was, the coffee was ready very quickly. This is a popular spot especially around lunch time. You may have to wait for a seat to open up. This Starbucks does not have a drive through. There is unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.
While the parking lot is large, itis shared by many businesses. It can be difficult to find a close spot.“
