“Absolutely fantastic! I loved the decor, the perfect lighting and live plants and quiet music for a casual night out, felt perfectly homey. The food was incredible- we got the crispy egg rolls, pho and the spicy beef soup, as well as the house ginger ale. Everything was fresh, rich and generous- this isn’t even counting the 2 orders of dumplings on the house! The soups especially were so flavorful and rich and collagen, with the tenderest beef I’ve ever had in a soup. I also want to call out the unique and fantastic texture of the rice wrapper egg rolls, and the delicious accompanying sauce. The housemade ginger ale is to die for- fresh citrus and ginger AND refills? Yes please! Finally the service- even discounting the refills and the complementary dumplings, the service was the best I can recall having. Every staff member seemed like they felt genuinely proud of the food and the restaurant (rightfully so), and immediately treated us like we belonged. We are definitely looking forward to going back. Very very reasonably priced as well.“

“We were a party of two that was luckily able to snag a walk-in spot at the bar. We waited roughly 15 minutes for a spot to open up.
They recommended 2-3 plates per person, so keep that in mind (and budget!). Food was incredibly delicious, but some items felt like it needed a slightly larger portion size for the price. For example, the pork jowl had 3 pieces and is $26.
The soft scrambled egg and charred cabbage were surprising favorites as they took simple ingredients and transformed them into something incredibly delicious.
We also ordered a bowl of rice but it didn't come during the first dish. We had to request it after our final dish had come out as we would have expected it to be delivered amongst the first dishes so it can be eaten alongside everything else.
The banana pudding is super good, I love the Vietnamese twist to it and it wasn't too sweet.
Overall, this was a great meal but I won't be back as the portion size for the price isn't in my budget. If money is not a limiting factor, you'll enjoy this place for the unique flavors.“

“This place is very good on quality, the service is friendly and good, the restaurant itself is very clean and with modern stylish atmosphere. My beef appetizer was fantastic. The veggies were very fresh and the broth was good on my pho. My noodles were a little overcooked but that may have been my fault for waiting too long. If this were my neighborhood pho spot I would happily be here several times a week.“

“First time for me, I like the atmosphere of dining area and cleanliness throughout, with fast and courteous services but needs improvement of food in general, meaning food wasn't that tasty how it was made, I had the famous Vietnamese Phở but it doesn't have enough aroma how it should have. My partner she had the special combination noodle bowl and noodles was very dry.. too dry and wasn't that appealing at all, need much more improvement from their kitchen.“

I also ordered Pho bc there really isn’t good Pho from where I live & it was spot on!“

“Pho 555 is dare i say one of the best Vietnamese food places in Denver. The staff was super friendly, and spoke fluent english and Vietnamese. The food was super great and authentic, with really good prices. As soon as you sit down they bring you water, and are quick to bring out other drinks and garnishes. “Stopped into Tí Cafe because they have been blowing up on social media recently. I’ve been told with this is the best place to get Matcha, so I wanted to give it a shot. I went in today around 3:30 and it was pretty busy, there were about six people in line, but it went fast. I ordered a Matcha Sua which is supposed to be with sweetened condensed milk. It was really nice that the cashier told me it was pretty sweet and it tastes a little bit different than standard Matcha because I’m not a big fan of sweet Matcha so she recommended that I get it less sweet, which I did. It’s and open bar so you can see them whisking your matcha too! The drink was amazing, honestly it wasn’t that sweet at all, which is exactly what I wanted. It was very earthy and you can taste the umami come through. There’s lots of seating, and cool old tv’s playing and a video game in the corner you can play with as well. They write your order on a little tag with a doodle on it, which I think is adorable, especially compared to a sticker. Would 100% be back.“

Everything was well prepared and organized. The food was HOT—which is what I look for. I loved how the pho was packaged. Everything was in a bowl with the veggies in a separate plastic part (separate from the meat) in the bowl. It was perfect for when I ate my food at the park.

“I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! It was one of the most succulent meals I have ever tasted. The curry sauce is impeccable! The ambience is absolutely unmatched as well as the service. My server, Cassandra was knowledgeable on all aspects of this most intriguing menu and made my visit to your restaurant an experience I will never forget!“
