“Solid late night grab after the holiday train in gtown. Decided that any place over 4.0 for Mx is actually 5 stars if you actually understand what is and should be served at a Mexican restaurant. Not sure why they rate low, maybe some California Karen’s mad over the spices queso. This place was solid, no frills, no fuss, good food, perfect save for a hungry Mrs and two kids 8 & 13. Service was great — even though slow night kitchen was still fastKid-friendliness: Customized dish no problemo for my youngest and pickiest“
“We felt very rushed to place our order and the restaurant was not busy. It made our experience less pleasant than usual. The server seems to be in a hurry. We should have asked him to give us more time to make our selections. We will be back but this was a disappointing evening that we had looked forward to.“
“I just absolutely love their food. When you get food here they hook it up...no small portions of nothing here...their not expensive and their friendly. You can tell they take pride in the food they make...their California Burrito is not all potatoes like a lot places do...I ate here yesterday and as always they don't disappoint ... You got to get out here and try this food it's amazing.....you'll be happy you did...great job guys....“
“So glad we decided to grab lunch in Idaho Springs and stop here specifically. My girlfriend has Celiac disease, so we're always looking for gluten free spots, and they have plenty of options for her. To top it off, our server Connor was absolutely awesome. His recs were on point, and he provided us with excellent service. We will definitely stop through here again between ski resorts and Denver again soon!“
