“Beer was great and the open atmosphere was really nice. Everything opens to the outside and I bet it's even nicer on a cool day. The modern design is really cool. There's a nice fire pit, I'd like to sit around when it's cool out. I wish more of their gear indicated CO Springs because I like to pick up brewery gear from all the places I visit. The Jamaican food truck they had parked outside at the time was really good as well.“

“My husband and I went for the first time last night. We had heard it was good, but weren’t sure what to expect. Food was delicious, atmosphere was fun and it was great to see families eating there. We ordered the king crab legs, which were pricy, but they were delicious and had lots of meat. I definitely recommend. We will go back!“

“We have gone twice, once for a soft opening and then again a few days ago. Great beer and food, unfortunately the service was really lacking on the second trip. The place was basically empty yet all of our glasses and food plates kept stacking up on our table. We ended up clearing it off ourselves and taking it to the bar. Wasn’t really planning on doing dishes on Mother’s Day ;) Think we just caught them on a low staffed night and growing pains. We will definitely go back because we are huge fans of their beer. Lots of great patio space and TVs inside to watch sports.“

I’m guessing they get asked that a lot and are tired of repeating themselves, but honestly, instead of caving to peer pressure, they listen to their patrons and double down on what they do best—making beer lovers like me feel like I’ve found my people. With their friendly staff and brilliant brews, there’s never a dull option. (I recommend Blucifer!) I’m always complimented on my impeccable beer choice!

Even the smallest, most trend chasing breweries have cracked the mystical code of liquor licensing and thrown a pity seltzer or other watered down “beverages” on the menu. But not Bruz! No, no, Bruz remains a shining beacon of beer purity, ensuring that anyone walking in expecting a White Claw is met with a polite but firm reality check!

So now, whenever my friends and I want to grab a drink, Bruz is always my first suggestion. When people ask me if they should try it, I tell them to stop wasting time and go immediately. I secretly hope it expands into an empire. I doubt it will, but one can dream! Also, they like dogs and let them inside! Who can be mad at that!“
