“The food was absolutely delicious 😋 The service was above what we expected. The portions are huge. They do not skip out on food! Mt husband recommends the red tacos & i loved their briia nachos 😋 they were the bomb! Also it's bigger than El Mason which was there before Chapala. Because they lease the building next door as well. My family & I are really impressed with the place. FYI it is authentic jalisco food & they get busy around 5pm. Best Mexican food I've had in Castlerock! Hands down!“

“Greeted and seated quickly in a busy atmosphere. The chips and salsa were on the table promptly. Oh and the margaritas were crafted to perfection! Looking upon the menu offerings were reasonably priced and had nice variety of combinations and niche plates. The food arrived quickly and every flavor was soo good! They have it dialed in! The service was friendly upbeat accommodating. * Hanah is a gem and should get a raise. *“

“Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“
