Because they lease the building next door as well. My family & I are really impressed with the place. FYI it is authentic jalisco food & they get busy around 5pm. “Today I ordered 2 tacos for lunch. I was accidentally brought the wrong tacos. They were so yummy, I hadn’t even noticed-ha ha! A staff member came over and apologized, I said not to worry about it. He later brought me over my correct order anyways! I thought that was so nice! I love Yolanda’s. It’s my favorite spot in Castle Rock for tacos. I also love their nachos!! Super delish! :)“

“These are, no joke, the best tacos I have ever had! These people are so sweet and fast. I have had their stacked enchiladas which reminded me of my grandpa’s enchiladas. The first time I ever tried this food, I literally cried because it brought me right back to childhood. Everything is always fresh and made to order, they also serve breakfast. They have a location in Castle Rock and one in Aurora. Get there as fast as you possibly can to support this small business!“
