“I love this location. They are always prompt and service is quick because of that, little to no waiting time. The food is always on point - great proportion of ingredients, flavorful, and hot, and they dish healthy portions(you never feel like you're being underserved). Staff is polite and have a sense of urgency - here's looking at you, Devin! Drink area and dining area is generally clean and stocked even during busy hours. I'm a Chipotle addict, I have been to very many locations and these folks do their job well, so well that I had to make a review about it. I will go out of my way to visit this location as opposed to the many others in the area. Just want to say thanks to the staff for doing so well, it's a breath of fresh air compared to the 2 other Wadsworth/Crestline locations up the road. Chipotle, if you read this, please give them some recognition or some giftcards or something for their good work if that is a thing in your company.“

“I’ve been coming to this chipotle location for lunch, nearly every day, for at least a year. It’s about time I show my appreciation. They churn through rush lines quickly, the consistent staff members are pleasant, and I very rarely have issues with my orders. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here over the last 12 months and I plan to spend hundreds more in the future. My only real complaint is the parking lot, which truly has nothing to do with chipotle so 5 stars it is! Thanks gang, see you tomorrow!“
“It’s chipotle, food is same as any other chipotle, but they could slap “Express” right next to the logo in big, bold letters. I was in and out of the joint, ordered in-person for take-out, during lunch at 12:10, on a Friday, in under 2 minutes, if even that. That is fast food, incredibly fast, and I worked at Jimmy John’s. I am sitting in my car in disbelief right now from how efficient that experience was. I got chicken burrito with queso and guac with a drink.“
