“I got in touch with corporate, and they blamed my messed up order on the delivery driver. Delivery driver doesnt make my order and it comes in a sealed bag. So there is no way for the driver to see our order. That makes me disappointed with the corporate office to say that. I got a call from the manager and he fixed my order for me. It was really appreciated!!“

“We took our 19 daycare kids here, and the two young men working behind the counter handled there orders like pros! The took extra care of a child with a food allergy and were very kind and respectful. They managed to get out 19 different orders with ease. Will definitely be coming back here because of the two.“

“Great staff. These kids were cool, fun & had no problem telling me about new flavors & letting me sample with the cute lil spoons until I found just the right scoop. The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys! I don't know their names but the workers were super cool, even showed me some beautiful ice cream cakes for an upcoming birthday! I will be back!!!!

“I'm super bummed to see the poor reviews here. I think the sheer volume of online/delivery style orders that go out really creates the perception that the service is slow. Hopefully management can step in and figure out a better way to run this location.. However, the team is always pleasant, smiley, and working diligently. The products that they create are always beautiful and delicious. I hope they stick around because this is one of my favorite ways to treat myself.

“Delicious! I always get the Patty Melt. Remember you can always get a single burger pattie, instead of double. The shoestring fries are great! Be sure to ask for a couple of packets of their seasoning salt - and choose a couple of their dipping sauces too. And ANY of their custard desserts are terrific - my fav is the original turtle sundae.“

The tenders were crisp and the meat was juicy. You could tell they change their fryer grease. They had two veggie sandwich options, which is more than some places!
We ordered a sandwich meal, shake, chicken tenders, and an additional small fry. One of the fries was left out so we had to go back, but the staff were very nice about it and even offered a free soft serve as a sorry, which was really nice of them. We dont eat fast food very often, but Good Times is always a safe bet, especially if youre craving icecream/shakes/etc.“
